I’m pleased with the service and response time. It was more expensive than I was expecting for a small ceiling leak, hence one less star. I’d still use them again. I wish water didn’t always win, but it does.

I would not deal with this company.Find one who's honest, which is opposite of this one.Kala makes promises, lies, then ghost/blocks you. Lack of communication, arrogant and inconsiderate. Do better as a human being.

I always call them for my plumbing issues. My parents do as well. They are super responsive when you call or contact via Facebook. They come exactly when promised and their rates are reasonably. They done a great job for me with both large and small jobs over the years. Thank you.

Update 2024.... we continue to use Cirigliano for all of our plumbing needs. I can still say the same....they are ALWAYS super responsive, courteous, fast, professional. So many companies will not call you back. They always get back to you and have availability almost immediately almost all the time. They always show up and do the job. They are personable and friendly people too.

These guys are top notch. They’ve been my go to call for several years. When my hot water heater was spraying water all over my basement they had a new one installed by that evening. They’ve installed new toilets in two of my bathrooms and found hard to find parts for my shower. They are responsive, honest , and super tidy. I appreciate their excellent service and highly recommend them for any plumbing issue.

Cirigliano Plumbing is honest, straightforward, does great work, and protects their clients wallet. It's refreshing in this business to work with a company you feel you can trust. Steve and his wife are an amazing team. I would work with them again in a heart beat.

I absolutely love this company and tell all my family and friends about my great experience with them. I needed emergency service and Cirigliano Plumbing was there for me. They called me back almost immediately and got someone to come out to my house. They priced me FAIRLY and did the work quickly and efficiently. They tell you the truth and educate you on your situation, even give you other options to help keep money in your pocket. 10/10 recommend!

Top notch… very fair and upfront pricing. They make sure they cover things up to try to prevent dust from getting everywhere and they clean up immaculately when they’re done.

Today 10/18/24 I used Cirigliano Plumbing again … the technician Dean was AMAZING and STRONG … he carried in a big toilet like it was a feather !!! Dean explained why my toilet was leaking and even went and check my other bathroom because I heard a “noise” when I flushed .

Within about 1.5 hrs or so Dean and his partner were able to put in a new toilet and fix another . I told Dean he did not have to put covers over his shoes that it was OK, but he assured me that it was not a problem. It was best for customers not to have him walk on the carpet with his shoes. I just thought that was so conscientious and kind. Great customer service yet again!!!

We had such an amazing experience with our service. Kayla went above and beyond to not only repair my plumbing problem but also help me fight with my home owners insurance to make sure they pay for the proper costs. She even sent a technician to us on a Sunday! Cirigliano Plumbing is highly recommended.

They were exactly on time, and performed the jobs quickly and efficiently. We had a dye test performed (something to do with gutters draining properly, I think), and they hydrojet cleaned our sewer line from the garage out to the street. We highly recommend Cirigliano for your plumbing needs.

I highly recommend Cirigliano Plumbing. I had an issue with my pressure valve. They answered and the appointment made in a timely manner. Steve came at the set time and fixed the problem. I had a small problem and he returned to look at and fix the issue . They are reasonably priced and I would definitely use them for all my plumbing needs

I really don't know where to start this, but asking to write a review of such an amazing, family oriented company would be tough. I was introduced to “Steve” from Cirigliano Plumbing a handful of years ago when I needed a major plumbing issue taken care of a couple days before Christmas. He was referred to us from a group on Facebook. The workmanship and fairness of cost is what makes Cirigliano Plumbing outstanding. I recommend Cirigliano plumbing to anyone in need, even if there not a close trip for him. Steve wears his heart on his sleeve, and that’s the way he runs his company. As long as Cirigliano plumbing is around I will be a customer for life.

Alex was incredible! He was very thorough, honest and transparent. Explained the damage we have and what he would do today and how much it would cost. Also gave us a write up of the remaining damage beyond what today’s call was for and what the warranty company will pay for. Will definitely use Cirigliano Plumbing again, and will ask for Alex! He is the best!

Cirigliano Plumbing is always my go-to plumber. Even when I moved to Robinson from the South Hills, I couldn't let go. They're extremely responsive, very honest, so reasonable, and will work with you and what you need. I can't tell you how many times they've lowered my anxiety with even a single call. To top it off, they're truly wonderful people. 6 out of 5 stars.

This company was 5 Stars from front to finish, such a difference in customer service from the last plumbing company I hired to look at my hot water heater less than a year ago. Also updated the configuration, and looks much more neat and functional. Great staff, great communication, and completely professional. I think Travis was my installer. A+!

Extremely fast response, and all team members (phone and in person) were skilled, knowledgeable, sympathetic, and kind. We felt they truly saw and understood our situation and the inconvenience it was causing, and they went out of their way to resolve it more quickly than we expected. Our home warranty has referred us to them before and every experience has been this good. They are the best and we are very grateful! They will be our go-to team every time!

Excellent service. I had a major problem with the sewer line in my driveway. Cirigliano Plumbing responded quickly. The work was done within 48 hours. Minimal disruption to the household, workers were polite and informative, cleanup was great. I highly recommend Cirigliano for any plumbing work you might need. And the price was very reasonable too!
