I have dealt with long stress tree care two times I live in an HOA and I had them come look at a tree that’s approximately 60 feet tall and 6 feet around the back of the tree is totally rotted and my neighbors tree fell in her yard, so I was kind of concerned this was gonna fall in my house so the gentleman came out and I walked out in the yard with him and I took a pole when I stuck it in a crack in the back of the tree and it went in about 3 feet and I said what do you think I’m not allowed to tell you nothing he was very arrogant and then he came out to my property on a common ground area and removed the section of our fence that was abandoned. My wife went out and talk to him in a very nice manner and the first thing out of his mouth is this is a common area , he’s not very friendly very courteous. I’m sure there’s a lot of other people out there that you could get to take your tree down in a timely and clean manner other than dealing with these people. This is just my personal experience. Our rental company hired Tom and his crew to replace our boiler. He was perfectly pleasant to work with. My only complaint is that the team didn't clean up after themselves after finishing up for the day. It's a rainy day and now my floor is covered in muddy footprints that I have to mop up. In my opinion it's unprofessional to come into a client's house and not leave it at least as clean as you found it.

Had an issue with a mini split units Shane was able to diagnose the problem and take care of it rite away for me thanks Shane. I highly recommend this company to anyone with HVac issues.this company is very knowledgeable on everything they do even the man himself Tom gets a little dirty from time to time.thanks Air Tech for making my job easier

I hired Air Tech Services to install an new A/C and heater last summer when my A/C stopped working. At the time, my old heater was working so I told Tommy he could hook the heater up when it wasn’t 136 degrees in my attic. He never came back to hook up the heater even after attempting to schedule the hook up several times. Then my old boiler was struck by lightning and I now had NO HEAT!!!! I impressed on Tommy how critical it was to have the heater hooked up. He came out, took another look at his work, left a new chimney for me to have installed. I hired a roofer, had the chimney installed and attempted to contact Tommy for the heat to be hooked up. He never responded to several texts and voicemails. I was forced to hire a new HVAC Company to finish the job. It cost me an additional $1350!!!!! I already paid for this install once with Air Tech and they just didn’t care. They were already paid for the job and didn’t care that I am a single mother of two young children. Tommy Andris, you are a disgrace!!!!!! I was always impressed with Tommy and his crew but he got too big and doesn’t have the staff to support his growth. If you are looking for an overpriced HVAC contractor who only cares about one thing (the almighty dollar) then hire AIr Tech. If that’s not what you are looking for, keep scrolling. Oh! And by the way, I know for a fact that several of the glowing reviews you read here, are bogus!!! They are friends trying to boost his Google rating.

Tom and team were excellent! I was in a difficult situation and Tom was recommended. Not only do they do too notch work, he is reasonable, prompt, and thorough. Converting from oil to natural gas is a lengthy process and once I hired Tom everything fell into place. I highly recommend and would use again!

I can’t praise this company enough. Tom and his crew are great and did a great job replacing our old system. You can tell Tom takes great pride in his work and customer service and it shows. I called with a small problem on a Monday morning and he was ready to come out in an hour if I was available. It’s not often you come across a company you can’t wait to share with your friends about such a positive experience you had.
