A few weeks ago on a Friday evening, the condensation line on one of my air conditioners started to leak. I contacted Tom at Air Tech Services via email that night to explain the problem. He came out to my house the very next day to investigate. After his review and in conversation with him it was determined that best course of action would be to replace my AC units as they were 35 years old. He did provide temporary fix initial problem, free of charge, so I could use the AC in the short time it would take for new install to occur. A few days later Tom and his crew came out and smoothly installed the new units on schedule. I would highly recommend Tom for all your HVAC needs as his services are top notch with fair and reasonable prices. He and his crew are true professionals!!!

Tom and his team did not try to overcharge or nickel and dime me and suggested a cheaper solution for my A/C installation which worked out great.

My install was done on time and when I needed additional services on my heating system Tom not only answered the phone right away he came out within 2 hours.

Shane was the tech sent to our apartment when we were having leaking issues from our ac unit. He talked to my roommates and I to determine what the cause of the issue might be and even tested a few options. He was incredibly thorough and we felt like he was truly wanted to solve the problem, and not just install the new unit without knowing if it would fix the problem. Highly recommend Air Tech Services as all techs that came into the apartment while they were there, were friendly and dedicated. They were also very prompt and adaptable (even working while the complex lost electricity) while working and were able to explain the HVAC system to people who aren’t familiar in a way that made us feel like we could actually understand what the issue was.

With these guys there is no bs! They show up when they say they will, communicate with you, and fix the problem immediately. I have multiple units that they service and ever since they have been maintaining them, we have no down time. They get to you quick on emergency calls too! Tommy and his crew are awesome, I give them 10 stars!

First experience with this company and wow o wow! Look no further. Spoke to the owner Tommy regarding installing a heater exchange to our unit, after a PGW scare and a 2000 ppm reading of carbon monoxide. Quick to reply, honest, and great experience. He ordered the part (under warranty), and sent two mechanics, Ashley and Matt. Let’s just say a dynamic duo! Prompt, friendly and super efficient. Our heater is up and running after a horrible scare! Heater issues call Air Services, LLC!!! Oh, and they deserve an extra five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

We had work done on 3/11/25 by Air Tech Services. Matt was our technician and he was an exceptional worker. He found a problem we were not yet aware of. 😅 He did not seem annoyed by my questions and gave answers in terms I could understand. Keep up the great work.

Best heating and air conditioning company. Prompt, polite and knowledgeable! Tom had once come out to my home and fixed the problem immediately. Matt came out this time and was awesome. He gets extra praise because my dog loved him and he loved my dog! I highly recommend them!!

Tom and the team at Air Tech Services are absolutely fantastic and I can't recommend them enough. They came out immediately to take out our broken HVAC system and replace it with a new one. The work they did was fantastic, and Tom provided a rundown of what was done and made sure everything worked before finishing up.
