She’s personable, great manners, and cleans great. If you go with Eldridge ask for Mercedes. I also recently got a deep cleaning from them and Mercedes and Karen worked great as a team. Hands down they are the best in the area.

Hired Eldredge to do a deep clean of our house while we weren’t home. They didn’t even touch our hall bath shower/tub, the grout in our primary shower, or our primary tub. Called and was told I would receive a discount but they auto charged me full price. Got and am getting constant calls/texts/emails about services. Don’t recommend, won’t use again.

I’ve had Eldridge clean our home for about a year now and am happy with their work.
I’ve had a few hiccups, BUT they have GREAT customer service and I can tell they want to ensure your home is clean and will (and did) make it right if they didn’t hit the mark.
I appreciate that as a customer.
Also, we have had Nicole at our house several times and she always arrives on time with a friendly smile. Plus, she allows the occasional kiss from the dogs for good work.

Another fantastic job this month. The floors are really clean, the wood shines, the stair runner and landing totally taken care of...even the vacuuming was so great on my upstairs rugs, items caringly staged, surfaces sparkling and the house smells so clean. Bravo!! Thank you!

I am a new client. I live in a 1,000 sq ft home. I was told that my first cleaning needed to be a deep cleaning and the cost was $455.00. Two cleaners spent less than two hours cleaning my home so I requested Eldredge prorate the amount. I was told the cleaners spent seven hours. They did not as was evidenced by their check-in and out texts with me. I have been offered a $100 credit towards my next cleaning which is not enough.

We have had a few different cleaning services over the past couple of years, and Eldredge cleaned the best for sure. Our first cleaning was a deep clean and they literally deep cleaned the areas the other services always overlooked while claiming to "deep" clean. The team was on time which was very important to us. They were professional and communicated easily with us during the cleaning. There were NO language barriers at all. We are very happy with the service so far, and we will be having Eldredge back every other week to keep this house nice and clean throughout the year!

Nichole and Savannah did a deep clean of my house today and it is SPOTLESS! They even got up a few spills from my little ones that I had completely forgotten about. Those ladies went above and beyond. I’ll recommend them to anyone!
