I had excellent interactions with owner, manager, and cleaners - all of whom did a great job tending to my home and home office, and addressing all my questions and particular deep cleaning needs. Everyone was polite, energetic, and responsive - they all took pride in their roles. This is a small business of hardworking humans doing great things for people like me who can’t keep up with the cleaning the way I used to. They have my full respect and recommendation.

We used Eldredge’s move in cleaning service for our new house. The cleaners were prompt, kind, and professional. They did a good job, but it was not the spotless deep clean I expected given the price. I noticed many missed spots after they left. They were all minor and easy to clean up, but again for the high price I shouldn’t have had to do that at all. The customer service was great and they offered to have it redone or take a discount on a future cleaning. They didn’t clean to my personal standards so I don’t think I would use them again, but if you are just looking for an easy, fast, reliable service to get your new home in a better condition then I would recommend them.

As soon as I walked into my house, I could smell the cleanliness. I wasn’t sure how much they actually do for the deep clean, but I could tell they cleaned every surface. My sofa and chair were vacuumed, the stairs were vacuumed. As much as I try to keep my house clean, they got it even cleaner! I’m so excited to continue with them on a monthly basis.

Walking into my home after my deep clean did nothing short of leave me with JOY!! To the point that I almost didn't want to make dinner that night as I didn't want to mess up their hard work. Everything thing had a special shine to it and I could see they took care in their work. The scheduling process with professional and they did a great job prepping me for my appointment. The cleaners were kind and professional and I thought did an excellent job. I am not really sure why I waited to long to hire cleaners to help out with things!

Just had my house cleaned by 3 lovely ladies who did an amazing job! I’m very impressed with the work they did and how professional they were. Looking forward to having my reoccurring cleaning in the future. Would definitely recommend to others in the future.

Toby has done a fantastic job every time we've had them in our home! They get along so nicely with us and our pets, and they are so considerate of our space as they work. I can't recommend them enough

This was my first time with this cleaning service. They were great! Thorough, very pleasant and did a great job! I was very sick after surgery, and we really appreciated their help.

While the laundry room was not completed, I understand there was some serious caked on dirt that took up their time. They did a great job and the place looks amazing. The stove, the baseboards, the floors. All amazing.

I have been back and forth on whether or not I was going to write this review but I thought I should make other customers aware of these things so they don't end up disappointed. I initially was upset with my cleaning; I wrote a poor review and management reached out to me to make it right. That in itself shows it's a good company. Most things I assumed that would be cleaned off weren't- so I would encourage customers to read the fine print. For example, our blinds still had a thick layer of dust that would need to be cleaned with a damp cloth but their company uses a feather duster which doesn't always take it all off. They do this so that blinds don't potentially break (if i am not mistaken, protocols are in terms and conditions) and they said we should look into our air filters since that could be a factor. We just moved into this home that was well taken care of so I don't know if ours needs to be changed. I also took a paper towel to the floor to see if anything would come up and there was still dirt and hair; I was told if I wanted them more deep cleaned I would have to call a floor company to do so. We also still had cobwebs. This deep clean itself cost over $700.
Some of these photos were initially taken when I came home, and others were noticed 2 days after I spoke with the owner. I know one of our cleaners was running late, I don't know if they showed up too late and the other 2 cleaners had to try and compensate or what. I would communicate more thoroughly and read the fine print so you are not left upset, so that part was my own fault! The owner gave us a $50 refund and said they would come back out and clean whatever I felt was missed so you can't really beat that.

Eldredge Cleaning has been wonderful to work with, and Toby is truly the added bonus. My dogs get so excited every time Toby arrives, and the kindness shown to them never goes unnoticed. As a very busy working mom, it brings so much peace of mind knowing our home will be reset and sparkling after every visit. The work is always thorough, reliable, and our whole household looks forward to cleaning day.
