I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. Anthony (owner) arrived on time, was completely professional, and explained every step of the process. He cleaned my fireplace thoroughly and food a detailed inspection, giving me peace of mind that everything is safe and in top condition.

What really stood out was their attention to detail and the respect they showed for my home. He left evening spotless when he finished. It's rare to find a company that combines skill, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers, but this one does it all.

The pricing was very affordable, especially considering the high-quality service.

I will definitely be using them again in the future and recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing fireplace cleaning or inspection.

Anthony and The Flue Fighters were one of our first calls after purchasing a new home with a fireplace. Anthony went above and beyond and explained our fireplace to novice fireplace owners to really give us some peace of mind. The chimney sweeping reduced the smell in our living room which is exactly what we were hoping for! Scheduling and communication were easy and made this experience a win for all. I will definitely be calling again!

Premier was the HVAC contractor on a brand new home and we have had nothing but problems. They have been out so many times with different techs, none of which seems to have any suggestions to actually fix the issue other than we need a bigger system despite the ductwork they installed mot being able to support a larger system any better. I have had 3 different companies come since who have all scratched their heads at how the ductwork was run for flow throughout the home and basically told us the job was done extremely poorly and few, costly options to improve but not solve the issue. A three year old home that costs more to heat and cool than our prior, 50+ year old home. Buyer beware if using Premier to install anything new in your home or expecting them to fix or service anything they already installed.

I have to deal with Premier every winter because our furnace quits working. This is by far the BEST experience I’ve had with them. The technicians are always amazing but the woman that answers the service calls is always rude and not helpful. Makes you aware she’s annoyed with you and you are an inconvenience to her. The gentleman that answered my call today was so nice and helpful and I already have someone on their way. After 7 years I can finally leave a positive review.

Cedric, technician with Premier, is excellent! He is very professional, knowledgeable, nice, respectful, patient, and truly cares. He explains what he is doing in terms that you understand and answers all your questions and won’t leave until the furnace or AC unit is fixed properly. Premier Heating has a very valuable employee with Cedric. I hope they pay him well because he deserves it. Always request Cedric when you need a tech from Premier.
P.S. Cedric did not ask me to post this and I did not tell him that I was posting this review. I also called Premier Heating to let them know how happy my husband and I are with Cedric. And again, he does not know that we called Premier nor did he ask us to call them.

I had a great experience with STA SO COOL. My capacitor blew up on my AC unit. I called STA SO COOL and someone came to replace the capacitor within 30 minutes of my initial call. Gino was great! Thank you for the prompt and professional service.

The best HVAC team out there! They came in & worked promptly on the new hot water tank / furnace system and they even replaced an adapter on my stove as I had a small leak. They are very thorough with their job. They’ve been my main HVAC for 2 years and I HIGHLY recommend them!

Gino is a perfect combination of old world craftsmanship and modern technology. He came out to look at my aging boiler and gave me some options. I was quoted for an AC unit from multiple other companies and none of the others went through their process of quoting or why they recommended certain model units. STA SO COOL not only did that, but worked personally with me to make sure the whole process was accommodating to my family's schedule. Gino personally contacted me to ensure everything was in order. Excellent work. On time, on budget, fair prices and great project management and communication.

We had a complicated remodel on an old home. Gino had good ideas, put together a comprehensive plan, showed up when promised, and completed on schedule. STA SO COOL cleaned up at the end of every day, and the guys are all competent with tidy trucks and tidy tools. Traditional ductwork looks like an art exhibit when done. Communication was great, attitude was great and the team are true craftsmen and take pride in their work. A very pleasant experience in all regards.

I’ve been having trouble with 2 separate issues with my furnace and ac unit. (One existing and one new one) My heat stopped working completely on Wednesday 10/27. I called and spoke with Gino that day mid morning , he sent his Co-worker Tyler out to my Hair Salon the same afternoon. He arrived to confirm the issues I was having. He effectively diagnosed the problem gave me options to resolve the issues, and ordered what I needed. He came back the next day (today 10/28) and fixed both problems.
I’d highly recommend using Gino and his team for any HVAC issues. He was prompt, responsive and a pleasure to work with.
