Horror story that I feel I should share. I'll try to keep this long story short. I was closing on my house in three weeks when the inspector noticed a leaking pipe from the tub. My home warranty asked me to use Di Tomasso. First visit the pipe leaked even worse a few hours after repair. Second visit the leak was fixed but my tub drain was stuck in up position and would not drain. It took up until the day before closing and many calls to the plumber and home warranty over who was responsible for payment before they came back out to tell me I had to pay for their error because "how do we know you or the home inspector didnt do something to it?" I refused to pay and called another plumber who came and fixed it within a few hours which ended up being a 2 minute fix that required no new parts. I will never use this company again as I have dealt with two much better plumbers since. While discussing this issue for the third or fourth time with the owner of the company he stated, "Theres no point to us fixing it, your already upset so we know you wont use us again." He also threatened to sue me for slander when I mentioned I would write a poor review because I felt I was being treated unfairly. It took me by surprise that a company can survive with that kind of service.

Devin quickly and efficiently took care of my tub problem. He was very professional and explained things easily for me to understand. He also was very polite. Definitely will use Devin and this companies services again should a need arise. Will also pass on to others about the great experience today with Ditommaso plumbing.

I had Di Tommaso plumbing come to my home and fix a leaky copper pipe and put new valves on the washer. Luke and his partner ( I can't remember his name sorry) they were fantastic. My boyfriend was in the basement with them. I could hear them talking. Luke was explaining what he was doing. If I ever need a plumbing company again, I will definitely call Di Tomasso plumbing and request Luke and partner. Great job guys and experience. This company was referred by the American water company.

Back in January 2024 I was having an issue with my hot water tank constantly releasing the pressure relief valve. I replaced the valve. The service person, Ryan, listened to the problem an what I had already done, and fairly quickly determined it was the thermal expansion tank. It was full of water. He found the part at the local hardware store and replaced it.

Also, he noticed I didn't wear shoes in my house and asked if I would prefer he put on shoe covers, which he did. That's great customer service!

Bought a new place after the previous owners hired this “bright lightbulb” to install new piping.

Every sink and toilet was leaking and water damage to my ceiling. Got the sewage water leaking too. All in brand new pipes they “installed”

You should find a new line of work Joe!

This company was sent out by my home warranty company and they did an excellent job . They called me the same day that I requested service and was at my home a couple hours later . The plumber (sorry I should have gotten his name ) was professional and efficient . My toilet was running and I also had a pipe leak in the basement and he fixed both problems quickly . Previously I had a run in with a bad plumber via my home warranty company and I called to make sure I didn’t get them . Now I will be calling to request Di Tommaso plumbing.

Avoid using Joe DiTomasso plumbing at all costs. They are not knowledgeable and try to take short cuts at all costs. In my home they set the new plumbing system up. There have been multiple issues (too many to count) that have costed lots of money to fix by plumbers who actually understand what they are doing. For example: every sink and toilet leaking, sewage water leaking in new PVC pipe, cracked a sink bowl, cracked a toilet bowl, new pipe installed in the walls leaked onto the ceiling causing water damage. To top it all off they are dishonest - avoiding calls and refusing to send a report they were paid to finish. Do yourself a favor and get a plumber who will do the job right.

I filed a claim with my home warranty company for a problem I was having with a toilet, and Di Tommaso Plumbing was who was sent. The guys were incredibly friendly, professional, and fast! I'd absolutely use them again. I couldn't give 5 stars because the woman who answered the phone was cold and unfriendly both times I spoke with her, and to me, customer service is important.

Professional, friendly and informative customer service and scheduling. Joe was polite and friendly, he fixed my problem in minutes and didn't leave a mess. Highly recommend.

I really appreciate the customer service provided by Chantillie who was able to quickly schedule a same day appointment to replace our water pressure regulator. I was also extremely pleased with Jeff’s professionalism and expertise. He showed up on time and successfully completed the job in approximately 1 hour. I will make sure to use Ditommaso Plumbing for any future home plumbing repairs!

Bryan was exceptional. I had a serious plumbing issue, and he not only fixed it quickly but also took the time to kindly explain what caused it and how it happened. I’d give him 10 stars if I could. Many plumbers get frustrated or give up when faced with a tough problem, but Bryan is the complete opposite—he clearly loves what he does and has mastered his craft. He’s a rare kind of plumber who represents his company at the highest level.

Owner (Joe) arrived at my home on time as agree and did an awesome job he went above and beyond my expectations. Unclog bathroom sink and fixed a leaking kitchen sink (replaced faucet) in and out. He explained the process in detail prior to starting the job...I will differently hire him again 👌🏽 thanks Again Joe DiTommaso very professional service!

Mark and his team are fantastic. Everyone is verv polite and knowledgeable. They replaced my furnace and air conditioner. They took the time to talk to me and answer all my questions. They cleaned up after the work was done and took all the trash with them. Fantastic company, great employees and reasonable prices.

This company came out and fixed our hot water heat throughout our entire house. They put in a split unit heat & air conditioning pump unit in our sun porch (it’s amazing)!!! They also fixed our fireplace.
They we’re on time, courteous, and the hot the job done in one day and we weren’t charged a penny over the estimate.

Called and spoke to the owner Mark based on a recommendation of a friend who had their HAVAC system replaced by Omega Mechanical. Knowledgeable, experienced, prompt and excellent customer service. Questions... he gets right back to you. Crew very considerate, neat and clean. You'll save on gas AND electric! Finally, the HAVAC product he carries is highly recommended in consumer reviews. The great heat week of June 2024 and my air conditioner went out. Mark was out within the hour of my call, diagnosed the problem and sourced a motor (since the name brand was factory backordered for 3-4 weeks.) Had it fixed and blowing cold air within 2 hours! AND he was much less expensive than the previous quote I received the day before.
10/10 Highly Recommend!

Mark and his team replaced our AC unit and our house has been the coolest it has ever been since we bought it. They also serviced our furnace.
