This will be long so bear with me, I had furnace go down at rental property on Saturday 1/11, I put a request in with AHS Warranty, assigned a company no response (yes wkend but had others get calls from people)...left message, Sunday and Monday, nothing. I cancelled and request another service and got Omega Mechanical, within 1/2 hr I received a call, at that time my husband got the furance working so the office girl set me up for Tuesday 10-2 p.m., told me here is her cell if anything changes, well furnace went out Monday at 7:45 p.m., I texted her immediately she respond she will move me up to 8 a.m - 12 p.m, then received a text from her at 7:10 a.m. saying she got them to make me first appt!!! They were there by 8:20 a.m. determined the problem, went to get part and was back and furnace was up and running by 10:20 a.m. I can't say enough about the Customer Service and the technician Scott, he was so professional called me in his route back saying he was able to get part and on his way back. I have been in Construction Industry for over 40 years and deal with alot of trades, and this company is definitely a keeper!! Thank You so much!!!

The crew from Omega mechanical arrived on time and installed a new split unit in my home quickly and without problem. They were professional, and did a great job. They cleaned up well during and after their work. i highly recommend them for your HVAC work!

I can’t say enough about Mark and his crew. Experienced, knowledgeable, fair price, and great attitude. That’s what we’re all looking for from a contractor, right? I needed a new furnace and AC unit. Mark gave me options based on my needs and circumstances. He was back at my house within one week and did the job in one day.
The crew worked non-stop all day. Everything cleaned up perfectly. Very professional and respectful. Fun guys too. Actually sang the songs on their radio. Seemed very happy to work for Omega. Just bad ass guys. You’re making a mistake by not choosing Omega as your HVAC guys.

Omega Mechanical was assigned to me by my home warranty.. they came to help with my furnace which was shutting off frequently .. they worked hard over the course of about an hour and a half to figure out what the issue was and got my furnace up and running. They were very courteous. I'm happy to know who I can call next time I have an issue and I'm so grateful to have my heat working properly again!

We called Mark when our air conditioning unit from 1989 really started going downhill!! He could see we were in a crunch. He came out that day to look and get us a quote. A very, very reasonable quote. He was back with his guys a week later where they did a one day install. Very clean and very professional. Highly highly recommend.

Our AC went out on a Sunday morning during a holiday weekend, right in the middle of a heat wave. I contacted 8 different HVAC companies—Omega Mechanical was the only one who committed to being at my house first thing Monday morning. By Friday, I had a brand new AC unit installed!

Mark and his team are fantastic. We had other HVAC companies come and look at our furnace, who all said they needed replaced. Mark figured out that it was simply the thermostat and replaced the thermostat instead of the unit. Saved us thousands!

I can't say enough good things about these guys. I was renovating an abandoned house and was in need of a furnace and ac. The next door neighbor suggested Omega, as she had just used them at her house and was very pleased. They quoted me a good price. The foreman looked over the existing furnace and said it wasn't very old and appeared to be in good working order. They could easily have sold me a new furnace. I would not have known the difference, but they were honest, which saved me thousands. They installed new a/c condenser and unit, cleaned up the existing furnace and got it running and looking like new. They also replaced the main supply and return ducts. The two young men doing the work were just great. They really knew what they were doing. They were friendly and answered all of my questions. The ductwork was done very neatly and everything just looks amazing and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend them.

Mark and his crew were awesome to work with. Our A/C went in the hottest week of summer, and they were recommended through a family friend.

- They returned my call within 5 minutes, they were out the next day to give a quote and though they were backed up they sympathized with us and prioritized our emergency situation due to having 3 little girls in 90+ weather and squeezed us in the next week despite being booked out a month. (This goes a long way with me.)

-They recommended a great A/C unit and were a great crew. Mark is an upstanding blue collar guy who I will never hesitate to recommend. Respectful, and answered all of my questions immediately when I reached out via text.

_ Most importantly, they are very fair priced compared to others in the area. We called around after we were scheduled and they were by fair the lowest and didn't try to add on services like the others.

Overall great experience and please give these guys your business! They deserve it and you most definitely wont regret your decision.

Absolutely stellar company from top to bottom. Mark the owner was very quick to respond to my calls and messages, easy to talk to, as well as extremely knowledgable and professional! We had a two-zone electric unit installed in our studio garage and we are absolutely thrilled with our final result. The machine is efficient, even in these abnormally frigid temperatures. The crew got the entire job done in a week, which was not only installing the unit but running duct work through the entire large building. Jesse, who was head of the install team, was also professional and extremely knowledgable, and answered all of my questions, and even spent extra time over the weekend to figure out why the Nest thermostats weren't working at first. He also came back after the install to finely tune the system to make sure the second stage was kicking in properly to work at peak performance in the current freeze. And the best part? The price was stellar and much more reasonable than a few other companies I had quoted before finding them. If I could give them more stars I would! Go with Omega, you will NOT be disappointed!
