I had an problem with a 3-way system that controlled lights at the bottom of the stairs, top of the stairs, and attic. Brandon Electric responded promptly, fixed the issue In less than 2 hours, and charged a fair price. The technician was courteous and seemed like a pretty cool dude. No complaints with the service at all.

I have used Brandon Electric for a variety of home projects ranging from recovering from a house fire, adding a new box, adding a heater to a room, to installing outlets throughout my home. They are an amazing team that will always leave you happy. I would highly recommend this company!!

Brandon Electric is an impressive local, family business. Owned by their father, one son is the office manager, primary contact and provides quotes, while two other sons, including a master electrician, performed the work on our project. These gentlemen are genuinely nice, knowledgeable, prompt, efficient, clean, respectful of our property, and provide excellent communication. This company was highly recommended by my contractor and I will definitely call them for future electrical needs. They worked extremely well with my contractor, were accommodating, and engaged in a collaborative dialogue to understand our needs, identify options and recommendations, and implement quality craftsmanship. I cannot recommend Brandon Electric more highly. It was a pleasure during what could have been a very stressful remodel. They could be the face of customer service!

Couldn't have had a better experience. It all started with Michael who came to our house to provide an estimate of the work to hang two pendant lights above our island. He was incredibly thorough and helpful. Following, Cory and Luis came to install the lights. They were professional, focused, and the completed project looked fantastic! They were very personable and answered all questions as the lights were being installed. Definitely recommend to anyone in the Conshy area!

Didn't have my part, agreed to order, called 10 minutes after I left to say he found it on eBay. Would feel guilty getting it for me and marking it up, so he sent the link. You don't find honesty like this too much on our society.

I reached out to the Lighting and panel department for quotes on projects. They never responded then when I pressed them for the quote they came back telling me I was listed as a company in their system that we are not. Seems a company with a similar name was listed. After a few brief back-and-forth‘s where the representative was very confrontational and treated me like a nuisance they said if they moved forward with a quote we would need to put 70% down. I told the guy I accepted his terms and deposits would not be a problem but we are looking for the lowest number and not just to buy a package. They guy waited an hour then told me they were not interested in quoting.

It seemed odd to me that I had to have a back-and-forth with someone be put down and belittled to argue with them over giving me a price on a good. All I was looking for was a quote but seemed to be a hassle for them to give one. Doesn’t seem like a good business model to me. Not yet sure if normal stock material ordering experience would be better. I might put a small order together just to see the response. It’s totally a shame cause so many of these electrical supply houses have forgot The partnership with the customer. They seem to be a controlling party. I had hoped yale/Franklin would have been a different type of supplier.

That was the best experience I could have had honestly, The showroom is being remodeled but I needed supplies for a 200amp replacement. The person helping was super professional, even wrapped the cable and put everything in a box. It could not have gone better.

Quite an experience. It was NY Eve and my thermostat wasn’t working. Who you gonna call? Ghostbusters? I was panicking. I contacted the folks at Thomas Edison Electric I was up and running that same day. Best of all, the client services department was helpful, responsive and reasonable and did not ignore me and that’s what I’m looking for in client services. And my thermostat has been chugging along reliably since.

We had water coming into the house through the outside service line and into the breaker box in the basement. I called Thomas Edison and Carlos came out, diagonised the problem, set up an appointment and fixed the problem. Carlos and Carl were neat, cleaned up after finishing the repair. I highly recommend Thomas Edison for all electrical needs.

Called at 5pm on Memorial Day weekend for emergency service came home from work and had no power. Vasyl came out with in two hours of calling and was great, trouble shooted everything and found out the problem right away and explained every thing and was extremely helpful. Also explained that my breaker needs to be replaced asap and wrote me a quote. Best service I have ever experienced!! Very pleased.

Call these guys First!! Unless you know an electrician as a friend, you will be hard pressed to find more courteous and professional people.And oh yeah they do it right. That starts with the first phone call. I had an emergency situation where my breaker box tripped on the main circuit and I lost access to my power. This happened on a Saturday afternoon. Within 2 and half hours of my phone call, Norman and his son arrived. I told of my problem, and he performed many tests before determining my full problem. At that point he quoted my a price, and allowed me to make a decision on whether to proceed. There were no hidden costs or extras or surprises at the end. He had earned my trust within a short period of time. Oh by the way, he was gracious enough to let me have his cell number in case I had any problems or questions. I called him back shortly after he left very early on Sunday morning with some items. Not only did he follow up with me, the company did too, and has extended tremendous customer service to me every time I call. Please take advantage of the posted discounts in the Yellow Pages in there adds. I did not see any other contractor do this. I felt very lucky I made the right chose, and I still do. Finally, they do offer an on time gurantee in regards to when they will come/arrive in a 2 hour window. They honor it, no questions asked, no haggling, your service call will be waived if they are late. You can take that to the bank!
