Thomas Edison Electric's Inc. electrician arrived spot on time. He was friendly and courteous and quickly diagnosed our problem and fixed the issue. We were very satisfied with the timeliness and efficiency of his work.

We had a very bizarre situation where lights and appliances all over the house were flickering and acting strangely--on Saturday of course. Mike Hilbert from Edison came on short notice and patiently and thoroughly resolved the issue. He provided detailed explanations and was a consummate professional in every regard. Highly recommended!

TE makes it easy to schedule an appointment using their website. They were quick to confirm the appointment by phone. Eli was fantastic! Found the problem with my track lighting and came up with a unique way to fix the lighting with no mess. He is was a pleasure to talk to and a fellow veteran.🙂

I suddenly found myself without electricity during troubleshooting an issue with my dishwasher. I am new to this area and picked up the phonebook. I wanted a local electrician and the first one I found was Thomas Edison. I called the 800 number and they answered immediately. They took my information and said someone would call with an appointment. As a new customer, they offered me a $50 discount on the service call, which I appreciated. In less than one minute, I had an appointment with a 2-hour window. As promised, a polite, professional electrician arrived in about an hour. After talking to me and seeing my electric panel, he explained several scenarios and gave me a written estimate. He restored my power quickly and was able to accept payment on a credit card. I highly recommend Thomas Edison.

I was extraordinarily pleased with Thomas Edison Electric. Our electrician Jasin was polite, professional and arrived on time. After diagnosing the problem with our breaker, he walked me through the different options for fixing it, the pricing for each and let me decide, without any pressure, which of the two options I wanted to take. Jasin completed the job quickly, walked me through what he had done and made sure all of the upstairs circuits were in working order. I felt that the whole process was very transparent, especially in regards to billing. I was also super pleased with how quick I was able to get an electrician to come to our house, as well as the excellent communication from their office. I felt that the pricing was reasonable for this area and thank Jasin for all his hard work getting the electricity back on in my kids room and bathroom!

We had Cameron from Thomas Electric Inc. at our home today to fix a light switch in our basement. He was very friendly. He did a great job giving us our estimate and doing the required work. The work was done in a timely manner. All of the communications we had with the company regarding scheduling the visit and information about procedures and follow-up was very professional.

Promptly returned a Saturday phone call, scheduled a same day appointment, called to refine technician's arrival time AND arrived on schedule. Tech was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and provided a clear, concise explanation of the problem, cost to correct and actions he took, etc. First experience with this company and they made a great impression. Tim and Tom did an excellent job sorting out my electrical and potentially dangerous mess on my house I just bought. Didn't stop until the job was done. Ensured the job was done right. Great costumer service as well, great communication. Always updated show times and asked about work satisfaction. All in all great experience. Also a shout out to Francis.

TEE was great start to finish. My house was a big job and Josh was here multiple days. He was always on time. Did a great job, clean and neat. Particular about his work. He explained everything before and as he went along. I basically had my whole house rewired. Their communication was fabulous. I always knew when they were coming and was given the opportunity to ask questions or express concerns on an on-going basis. The dogs loved him lol. Thomas Edison Electric was great to work with! I called them on a Sunday when I happened to see their vehicle at a neighbors house. They promptly came over to check out what I needed done and came back today to do the work. New bathroom exhaust fan, fix a 3 way switch and fix some external home outlets. My electrician Jason was very friendly and kept me informed every step of the way.

You often don’t think about the experience that you have with a company like this outside of the person that comes to your door, but each individual from setting up the appointment through calling to make sure everything met our needs was polite and professional. Michael took the time to walk us through the process when he arrived, and was thorough in his diagnosis of the problem, ultimately discovering the issue was something we didn’t even realize. From the time the initial call was placed until the job was completed everyone was very professional. We were kept informed of electrician arrival times and he was there as promised. Jake was exceptional. He fixed our issues without a problem and couldn't have been any nicer answering dozens of questions. Had a great experiance with Thomas Edison Electric. Multiple outlets, and lights stopped working. Couldn't be fixed easily. Jim and his partner came out and spent around 6 hours going through everything, trouble shooting, and making repairs.
Nice guys, easy to talk to, kept me informed. They cleaned up when the job was finished. A rep reached out to make sure I was happy with the work later in the day, and followed up the next day.
