Never submitted the bill to the insurance company. Sent me mail with a bill multiple times. And, still waiting for them to return or refund me for my personal property that they took or misplaced.

Used this company when I was moving out of my apartment for carpet cleaning. Scheduling was very easy and quick. On the day of service they showed up, we’re super professional and got the job done quickly. They were very affordable and even helped get stains out of the carpet from my 4 year old.

This place is a joke. They have been procrastinating on doing the job. Start then take a week break to finish it, yet it was not finished. They won't send a bill until they have a manager to write it up and they don't know when that will be. They love to play games through the whole process. I need them to complete the job including billing to get a contractor in and they dont care about that. They are very reckless in all aspects. In all this is a trash company and I would advise everyone to stay away from them. I will never use them again.

This company just fixed our living room and master bedroom after a pipe burst. They were very prompt and did an excellent job patching holes in the plaster of my 1920s house - looks like nothing ever happened! I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend.

One of our bathrooms began leaking overnight, and we woke up to a 3-floor disaster. I was amazed at the response time and the professionalism of not only Vince, who led the job, but the crew (who were very friendly). I mean, who calls people "sir" anymore? Vince showed up in hours to start the process. He did a great job explaining everything (a process that took about 7 days), and began setting up fans. Early the next morning, the crew showed up, and under his direction, started the serious remediation process. The end result: everything damaged was removed and the entire place was dry. They left no stone unturned. I can't thank them enough for their great and responsive work. I'll be honest, I never heard of them before, but a friend recommended them. I strongly encourage you to use them, and would absolutely use them again (but I think we're good now!).

Let me start by saying I really wanted to give this company 5 stars. We were left displaced when a clog in the city sewers lines made it's was to our basement. Leaving 3 and a half feet of water. Though we removed the water our selves it need cleaned and since finished gutted.Panhandle was the only company to return our frantic calls. Bill the supervisor was kind, a straight shooter, which we appreciate. He gave us a rough estimate on the phone, which we accepted, had we not it would have been a week to get an estimate and we just couldn't wait that long. He sent out a crew. They were kind and sympathetic. The had to remove content, walls, and carpet. They cleaned it all up. We were happy it's was about a 9 hour job ! They left . We were told a bill comes in 7 to 10 days. So on day 14 we called. I was told they wait to send bills out until they have a bunch at once. This is where stars started to dwindle. I had a finished basement with a bedroom and play room. I have three children. I need to replace a furnace, a water tank, washer dryer walls, the list goes on. I need to move forward with my home and cannot do that without a bill. I even called to ask if we were in estimate, and they couldn't tell me ! At this point I'm frustrated. The company I was so happy with for removing some of our stress has just added more. Disappointing because the actual crew was wonderful! If you have time to wait and don't have a budget I highly recommend ! But if your a working family who needs to stick to one , don't. You'll be stuck waiting and checking the mail everyday with disappointment.

We had water damage in our den from a storm and Brad and his team rebuilt what looks like an entire new room for us!! It looks amazing! The communication was easy and all of the guys were always so receptive to anything we questioned or needed changed! Our home is busy with kids and pets and my family was always a priority even when they were stretched thin! The entire team was accessible and incredibly kind and helpful! We are very pleased with Panhandle!

Only three hours after contacting Panhandle, Vince was at my door. I got my estimate within a few days and cleanup began the next day. My Erie Insurance agent recommended them and I am so glad they did. They removed wall to wall carpet and padding and lots of heavy water damaged wooden furniture.
I hope my basement never floods again but if it does I’ll call Panhandle. -
It would be nice if they would share some basic range of pricing without charging you one hundred fifty dollars for the information, I was told flatly that I could not ask about pricing ranges for services without an in-site look around, and that I would be charged that amount even though I had only asked for a baseline estimate of ranges to judge cost to prepare for, be it one to three thousand or two to four; not an actual quote. Makes me think math is too complicated to do without a compensated "professional".
