The Panhandle personnel, from the estimators, to the project managers were efficient, thorough and responsive. Their communications skills made it very easy to work with them. The quality of theith work was excellent and the costs were very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone in the future.

Panhandle did some insurance work for me. From my first contact with Rob Lowe out of the Wheeling office to the top notch crew run by Brad Kelley out of the Pittsburgh office, they were extremely professional and went above and beyond in many ways. Finished product was excellent. Highly recommended!

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I don't know where to start. Every part of the process from the initial quote to the final invoicing every aspect of the process was horrible. A car crashed into my house and I decided to hire Panhandle over 2 other companies that would have done the work for less money. I felt Panhandle would be a smoother experience. Could not have been more wrong. Jason the project manager initially told me the work from start to finish would take two weeks. It took over 6 months... They initially dropped off material and let it sit on my lawn for weeks. They would show up maybe once a week saying they had other emergencies to go to.. they went weeks without showing up. would work half a day. It was like pulling teeth to get them to show up. The communication was HORRIBLE. They ordered the wrong material multiple times killing my grass in the process. Honestly I could go on and on. It took them 7 months after the work was complete just to send me the final invoice.. Just a horrible experience from start to finish.

The people at Panhandle Cleaning & Restoration were a HUGE help to me in addressing water damage in my condo. They were responsive, true professionals in every phase of the project and left the property looking better than ever. The project managers explained the process and were a great help to me in navigating multiple insurance claims. If I ever have property damage again, I'm definitely calling Panhandle!

I would like to express my utmost satisfaction and gratitude for the exceptional cleaning and restoration services provided by Panhandle Cleaning & Restoration. Their services, especially those of Noreen (my first point of contact), Brad (General Manager), and Chris (Estimator) exceeded my expectations in every aspect. They were extremely professional, efficient, and worked hard to help find cost-saving solutions without compromising the quality of the job. Everyone on their team was very attentive to details and provided excellent customer service, even down to the neatness displayed when entering and leaving my home.

In addition to their technical expertise, I would like to commend the team at Panhandle for their empathetic approach. Dealing with a stressful and sad situation, their understanding and support was truly comforting. They worked diligently to ensure that my timeline was met, providing a level of service that went beyond expected.

I wholeheartedly recommend Panhandle Cleaning & Restoration services to anyone in need. They are a wonderful company with the best customer service and quality work in the business. I cannot thank them enough for all that they did for me and my family.

I am happy to report my positive experience with Panhandle Restoration in Springdale! The customer service was great. Courtney was helpful and good at communicating with me every step of the way. The gentleman that assessed our property (I believe his name is Brad), was knowledgeable—he explained everything and answered my questions. In the past, we had an awful experience with a different restoration company after we had a house fire—so I am grateful to Panhandle for taking such great care of us! The work was completed last summer and the moss on our roof hasn’t returned.

Pricing was upfront and the final price was actually reduced after the work was completed. Everyone was extremely polite and cooperative. My one complaint is that there were several delays and I had to call in to ask about them, rather than Panhandle proactively contacting me to explain about the need to reschedule or arrive later.

Don't recommend at all. Did a job at mother in law's. Did not do a good job. Didn't do some things they were supposed to do. Workers need a little more training. Communication was not great as to what they were doing and the days they would or not show up.

tl;dr: AVOID unless you have no other options. It took over a year to have damage repair fully completed, including referring me to a suspicious law firm for collections DESPITE Panhandle repeatedly failing to send me an invoice as requested. See my story below...

Panhandle did my emergency board up after a car drove into the side of my house. After speaking with one of their General Managers further, I decided to use them to complete the repairs of interior and exterior damage. The work was good when they showed up, but over the months-long project I do not think there were 5 straight days of work without having the workers pulled away to another emergency project. Even though the accident occurred in August 2020, the work did not start until November of 2020 (which was partially due to insurance delays as well), but this meant that I entered the Western Pennsylvania winter with a large uninsulated wall in my house. Ultimately, the interior work was eventually completed when workers were not being pulled to work on other jobs.

I had also worked with them to not only repair the damaged exterior but to replace the siding for the entire house as it would not have been possible to match the old T1-11 paneling in the damaged area alone. Due to pandemic supply chain issues, it took multiple months for the siding to become available. The siding was finally available in June of 2021 but the siding work wasn't fully completed until September 2021. This included weeks where no work was done at all while having piles of debris stacked in my yard.

I had originally deleted this review, but in January 2022, Panhandle contacted me for the rest of the payment for the siding work for which I had never received a bill. After a couple of months going back-and-forth with them, in March of 2022 I finally received an emailed copy of the invoice, which made it clear that they had been sending the invoice to the wrong name and address for the past 6 months. I then started receiving communications from a scammy-seeming legal firm Texas asking for an additional $6k in fees in addition to the ~$6k that was owed to Panhandle. I paid the amount to Panhandle and was told they would take care of this legal firm (which seems to be used to pressure people into paying by sending emails claiming to CC law firms in my county for which I could find no other records).

Update 11/15/2022: I continue to receive fake invoices for money that was paid to panhandle via check that was cashed by Panhandle. Julie and Nick from Panhandle have been unresponsive. Attached are pictures showing my foundation after Panhandle had "repaired" it, allowing pets to enter my home and requiring me to pay additional money to properly repair and close up my home.

I was able to book a convenient time within a week of calling. The team arrived in time, was professional and courteous, and left my home clean when they were finished. I noticed the difference in the air quality in my home immediately!

The staff at Panhandle was great to work with. All were very friendly and considerate of all our needs. The workers did excellent work and cleaned up after each session. Tracy was there daily throughout the demolition and mold clean up and monitoring of the machinery.
Ben was prompt at accessing our needs and scheduled his guy as quickly as he could. We were aware of the backlog the construction crew was experiencing but still decided Panhandle was the way to go because we were very satisfied with our other dealings we had with the demolition end. Sam was the best. His work was excellent and he amazed me at how quickly he alone was able to complete the job.
Courtney was very professional, friendly and patient with me. She was available for all our needs or questions.

After 365 days with this company…. Please avoid at all costs. Especially if filing an insurance claim! No communication from the project managers. Did additional damage to my home and took no responsibility. Quit in the middle of the job. Shady practices ordering light fixtures and supplies that were never used in the house. Took 2 months to dry out the house. Left my front door wide open for 2 weeks straight. Poor management with lack of accountability. Threw away personal property including funeral home items from my late father. Please AVOID.
