Michelle in the office is AMAZING and reached out to me (from her personal line) after hours and on the weekend just to give me updates on what became a challenge in completing the job. This was to no fault of the company and they finished everything in a very efficient manner. The employees are truly well-trained and provide a high level of customer service. I would highly recommend this company!

Paul was knowledgeable of the plumbing issues in my home from the moment he entered, he did an excellent work in solving the issues and he also give tips on the maintenance so my home will not encounter such issues again, I would recommend this company to family and friends.

Short version: Save your money and your time and go with someone who just fixes the problem the first time around.

Long version: Why 1 star? Well, we had a clogged main (bathtub & toilets backing up and overflowing when we flushed). They came out on a Tuesday and rotorooted (is that the word?), charged us over $200 and by Sunday it was clogged again.

When I did reach them on Monday, they said they could come out and do a jet if I wanted for which they would charge over $400. I told them I would like a refund for last Tuesday. They don't do refunds. I then said I would like a solution, not a menu of options for them to charge me more money. They then offered me a diagnostic camera option. Tone deaf, I guess?

This company seems to make money by coming out and offering a cheaper option that they know will fail so you will call them back and they'll charge you even more money.

Also, they say they are open 24/7, but you cannot reach them on the weekends. If you call, all you get is music playing with no option to leave a message.

Worked very well with AHS to get a new hot water heater installed quickly. Excellent communication, work was very professional. Would definitely use again!

I was tremendously impressed by their professionalism and their sincere customer concern was off the charts. Tim displayed a willingness to listen and solved my problem in less than an hour. Once again the Advanced Plumbing team saves the day! Had an issue with a leaking sewer stack. Mark came out the same morning as I reported the problem, quickly scoped the pipe to find the issue. And we’ve now scheduled the pipe relining service (which I highly recommend as a less invasive way than tearing down a wall to get to an old cast iron sewer stack!).

Pleasant experience all around. After scheduling , I received text confirmation and updates which was great. Danny arrived within the scheduled time frame, was professional and personable. He fixed the problem and made sure that any mess was cleaned up before leaving. Much appreciated.

On time to the minute! Tommy was a very courteous and learned subject matter expert. Fixed it in minutes, assessed the entire system, and gave recommendations to prevent future problems. 10/10 would definitely use again.

It would be zero star but it won’t all me. No one showed for the appointment and this office did not bother to communicate anything with me. Took off work for what just so they don’t show! I’ll never work with this company again.

Excellent! Quick and reliable! Great customer service, they were quick and accommodating with my scheduling needs. Very knowledgeable and professional service, the technician was very respectful of my property, took care to address and access the problem and he fix it. I definitely recommend using them

May 2025 - I have used Advanced Drains and Underground Solutions a few times now. I don’t think I can leave multiple reviews, so I’ll just update this one. Everytime I’ve needed them they have been professional, honest, friendly and down to earth. They are always on time and once were able to come over early. Each time they have gone above and bay one to help me. Today it was Tommy who came over to do a full camera scope of my sewer main that is backing up. He showed me what he was looking at in the camera in real time and was patient with my questions. Afterwards he explained to me in simple terms what he recommends I need and it didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me something I don’t need. Their pricing is very competitive.

Hired through American Home Shield. Horrible service and prolonged our water heater issue by trying to replace a plastic part instead of replacing the water heater which was clearly failing. Every time their tech came out, our basement was flooded with more water. Would not recommend

Repair request was submitted and 10 minutes later, I received a phone call for an appointment. 15 minutes later, the contractor was at my house. He fixed our faucet and was on his way..Highly recommend this company for plumbing issues.

I can’t tell you how pleased I am with Advanced Drains. This is my 2nd time using them and it’s such a great experience being able to work with experienced plumbers that are on time and do incredible work with no complaints. Their pricing is great. They are the only company I will work with in PA.
