They were on time , professional, and at no time did they try to up sell me . Their prices were also super reasonable . I can not thank you guys enough for being genuine and truly caring .

Great Company! Anthony and Doug promptly came out, were professional, fair and above all honest. They diagnosed and fixed the problem within 20 min and, unlike some of the larger companies out there, at no point did they try to upsell me or charge unreasonable fees/rates. Thank you!

First my heater broke 2 winters ago. Rather than press for me to replace it. Anthony fixed the "starter"" and told me I should get the unit replaced in the near future. It was an emergency call and they could have charged me any amount to get the heat working because I have 2 little kids. The charge was minimal. I got a quote from them for a replacement AC and Heater. I checked the quote with Sila and another local company. Without negotiating CA was the least expensive for a bigger unit and fan. When I crank the ac it is like a wind tunnel in my house. I could not be happier. They also installed a humidifier that works really well. Anthony said he would put in a bigger fan because it is hard to cool the master bedroom. I can now take out the small window unit. I am so happy with the service. They had everything done in less then 24 hours.

I've been using C&A heating for many years. Doug is just an expert at heaters and has kept all my heaters going. Also they came out in a blizzard for my sisters heater. Very professional highly recommended.

Been using C&A for years. Can't say enough This father and son team know how to take care of their customers! Fair pricing. They know how to diagnose any HVAC problem, where the next bigger companies would just try to sell you another unit! They respond to any call right away. you don't see service like this today!

It makes me sad to write this review. Doug and Anthony were a great help to us for several HVAC projects starting with a new heat pump in 2015, and a whole new system for a family member in 2020. We referred 3 or 4 friends/family members to them along the way. In 2022, we did an addition on our home. We didn't think twice about hiring them again. Unfortunately, this project was a different story. We realized afterwards that several things were left unfinished and the workmanship was shoddy. In fact, the vent pipe to our sons bedroom was completely removed which left his room freezing cold this winter. We have reached out to Anthony but get no response. It's a shame and sad things ended up this way because we really thought they were good, reliable people.

They were very responsive to my Urgent request for someone to investigate my furnace for issues we were having on a Sunday. They quoted me a 2 hour timeframe and they were able to make it within 90 minutes. He was very thorough in his assessment and honest with his recommendations. We would ABSOLUTELY utilize them again for any issues we have from now on!

Anthony is the absolute best to deal with in all my years of home ownership. He even came on a call that took him 2 mins so he said don't worry about payment because I already call him 2-3 times a year. The best professional ever. I would recommend this outfit to anyone.

Hired C&A heating and cooling due to my Central Air not getting cold enough Anthony came out explaining everything and the reason why. answered all my questions. He was well mattered and left the area he did his work at clean. Can’t thank him enough really helped me out

I highly recommend C&A. Doug, Anthony, John, and Dan are an excellent team! They showed up when they said they would, did a beautiful job removing my 70 year old boiler and installing a brand new system, and took the time to patiently answer my questions and explain the new system. They are a local family business based out of Springfield. I plan on using C&A for all of my future heating and cooling needs.

Complete new system! I got four quotes for a new system and Doug and Anthony were the only ones who took the time to try and get the old system back up when the came out to do the quote. Everything was thoroughly explained, timing was prompt, workmanship is exceptional, and pricing was extremely competitive! I would recommend 100%

So at 70 yrs old and dealing with this company since the 70’s when Doug serviced my business location, I have never used anyone else to service or replace any heating or A/C unit including hot water heaters. He is friendly, honest and extremely competent.

He was as old as his clone of a son, Anthony is now. I say clone because Anthony has learned well and exhibits the same expertise and talent. This team is like Batman and Robin of Gotham climate but you’ll actually get two Batman’s!

They will never disappoint or mess up. They have solved every issue or problem quickly regarding my older equipment. They explain every detail. They can salvage or replace but will always guide you to the right solution.

If you are tired of the bigger companies that worry more about profit than honesty then look no further. You will be in the best of hands.

Excellent. Their pricing is good and they are experts at what they do. Beyond that they are committed to being responsive and communicate very well with their customers, take care good care of your home and are very nice. I spent the day at my mother’s home where they installed a new heater and AC unit. Doug and Anthony (Father and Son) work incredibly well together. It is sort of interesting, not a lot of talk, they just know what the other person is doing and focus on getting the work done. This is how most families envision working together looks like…but these guys are actually living it! Highly recommended!

Before we reached out to C & A Heating and Cooling, we had a bad experience with a different company we worked with.That being said, we didn't have AC for many weeks. The main reason why we called them is because of the reviews on Google so we can avoid the same conflict we had with the last company.

Anthony and Doug are simply angels. We woke up to a busted central air unit and gave them a call. They were able to squeeze us in and fix our issue. They were prompt, accommodating, professional, and kind. Reasonable prices, and a real family business. They're the dream team! My husband and I cannot recommend them enough!!!! Doug and now his son, Anthony, have been taking care of our heating and air conditioning needs for over 26 years. They are the most responsive, responsible, competent people. Anthony & Brian were excellent this morning in getting my A/C temperature down and cooling my home properly. They answered questions I had even if they were not related to the problem they solved, including getting a rough and honest estimate for a new A/C system. They were very prompt with replies and came quickly after I called for assistance.

He was very thorough in checking our system & explained things so that we could understand. Fair pricing. Pointed out mistakes made by companies we used in the past, who we can now see were more concerned about profit than honesty. You will not go wrong with this family business. Our boiler went out early morning in late December so we gave C&A a call to see if they could come out and take a look. Anthony and Brian were here within an hour and a half and got the part fixed very quickly. Our heat was back up and running quickly and the price for the work was very reasonable. Anthony even offered to clean the burners while he was here as well. Can't thank them enough, will be using them again!

C&A operates with a level of honesty and integrity not often seen these days. I called on Anthony for a second opinion, and he was quickly able to resolve my issue and I did not have to proceed with the full system replacement the first company pitched. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services.
