Excellent experience start to finish. Dan installed a whole home unit in home renovation. Dan was punctual, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the installation process. The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. It’s clear Dan takes pride in his work and I would recommend to anyone needing HVAC services.

They took great care to explain everything to my aunt, ensured the installation went smoothly, cleaned up thoroughly afterward, and even returned to double-check that the system was working properly. We are extremely thankful to DZO for installing a new heat pump system after our previous system failed during an extreme cold snap. I used DZO to install a new heat pump system at my home. I received the quote promptly and had the two units installed 5 days later.
Seth was the lead Foreman on the job the install took most of an and after the job was completed. The clean up was more than I expected. Seth first informed me of all the steps that would take place during the install.
The heating system is working perfectly to my satisfaction.
