Reviews of local pros in Tarentum, Pennsylvania

If you want professional, prompt, amazing tree removal with awesome clean up and good communication, choose Vaughn. Bryan's teams handled full removal of 3 very large trees struck by lightning on my property. They were on time, polite, careful, and I never saw anyone ever take a break! Hard workers...and cleaned up beautifully. All work was done in a single day. There are cheaper services (my neighbor used one, who did the job partially- two visits- and still not done...) but Vaughn's is worth every penny.

Used Vaughan's Tree Service multiple times for bush removal and tree removal. Fair pricing. Bryan is a knowledgeable owner.

Vaughan's did a fantastic job taking care of a bunch of dead/dying trees we needed removed. These guys are pros at what they do. 17 trees cut down, 19 stumps ground & the trees closest to the house were trimmed back in a day & a half! Fast, courteous service at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend using them!

Having Vaughan's Tree Service do my tree work was a great experience from start to finish! Bryan showed up for the estimate appointment on time. He was polite and knowledgeable and provided me with suggestions on which trees to take down and which ones to trim. He also provided me with a detailed estimate. His crew arrived on the the scheduled day and time and were very professional and left my yard looking great!

I highly recommend Vaughan's Tree Service to anyone who is interested in hiring a prompt, professional, knowledgeable Tree and Landscaping company!

Awesome service! On time and capable team with the ability to handle a variety of tasks. Vaughan’s was able to bring down more than a dozen 40-50ft pine trees in a matter of hours. They also removed the large tree stumps upon our post quote request. The team is prepared for any task with the correct equipment. Even when faced with an hydraulic issue, a spare hose was replaced almost immediately and the job was completed on time. They cleaned and cleared the job site as if they were never there. Excellent job.

I called Bryan and he came to assess my property within a few days time. He was reasonable, knowledgeable about where the trees will lay. They were out within a months time as ours was not an emergency issue. Took down nearly 4 massive trees. Even took a few scary limbs down over the driveway where the children play. Clean. Respectful. I would highly recommend

Vaughan's Tree Service is a reliable local company that responds when you call them and they take care of the job with safety and thoughtfulness. They took care of a tree leaning over my neighbor's property very quickly.

The job was emergency tree removal from a building due to 70mph windstorm. Brian came out the very next day after I called to provide what I felt was a very reasonable estimate and squeezed us in early the following week (3 days). His crew was very conscientious and courteous, and I was impressed at the professionalism they presented. Believe me this is no second-rate business, their equipment was top notch state of the art and immaculate. This will be my only call when I need Tree Service again. I also heard they sell kiln dried firewood. I think I will be calling for some of that for next winter. Thank you, Brian, your office and your crew. Great job!!!

We hired Vaughan’s to trim a very large White Oak in our back yard. They showed up ready to work. Completed the job quickly with a difficult job of removing overhanging branches above our home. They had no issues safely removing them. Highly recommend Vaughan’s Tree Service!

We hired Vaughan's to take out two large rows of hedges. They were able to get to us within just a few weeks and did a great job with the removal and clean up. The guys were friendly, professional, and super easy to work with.

I would highly recommend Vaughan’s tree service to anyone. With the recent storm that rolled through we had a lot of trees that were fallen, as well as additional ones that needed removed. They charged us a very fair price. They were professional and worked diligently. In a time where they could have easily up-charged due to storm damage- they did not. And we are so very grateful and will use them in the future if needed.

Vaughan’s Tree Service gained a lifetime customer. I own a barbecue catering company and food trailer so I need good cherry wood to smoke my meats. I called and placed an order for wood yesterday afternoon on short notice due to getting a last minute invite to an event. Brian had it ready this morning. Vaughan’s came highly recommended and I see why. Thank you Brian!

Ordered firewood delivery from Vaughan's this past week. I've been a firewood hound for years. Cutting my own, finding different folks selling it. You never know what you're going to get, and sometimes its overpriced junk wood. Including an adventure to get it. Anyone looking for quality firewood should give Vaughan's a call. Vaughan's delivered Kiln-dried quality, clean wood at a competitive price, no hassle. Highly recommend if you're in the market for firewood. I'll be calling Vaughan's again when my stores run low and will look into their tree services too

Vaughans Tree Service has been amazing. We sell their Kiln Dried Firewood bundles at Allegheny Beverage. Not only do they sell amazing but they burn even better. They deliver promptly when called. Great service, would highly recommend to anyone. Bryan and his team have been great business partners

This is by far the best tree service in the Lower Burrell and beyond area! I have had several tree services contracted and none can compare to the professional service from Vaughn’s!
This team is like a well oiled machine, everyone knows their role and executes each move with precision. They were able to cut two very large trees including the grinding of stumps and many left over tree debris and additional stumps left by another tree company with ease (or appeared easy-that is some hard work guys!) The clean up was also a job well done, they cleaned as they went leaving nothing waiting for end project, once completed the yard shows no debris left behind. I appreciate all the hard work and the job well done! Thank you, keep up the great work!

Vaughan's Tree Service has done an amazing job at removing several trees for us both times now. Bryan the owner does every estimate himself in person and is wonderful. The two team crew is also really great at working efficiently and cleaning up afterward. All the guys were really diligent and careful throughout the whole process too. We wish them another safe and good season and highly recommend them!

Fantastic family company. Great crews and very professional service . Highly recommend! The crew was outstanding; 5 STARS, did a great job with a very difficult tree removal.

Professional, polite and a job well done! Would recommend them to anyone :)

Cleared four trees (between us and a neighbor), trimmed a massive oak tree in our front yard and cleared out an entire side yard of bushes. Couldn’t be happier with their work and their clean up!

Great experience! They removed a giant maple tree that was too close to my house. They were all so polite, they did the work in the expected amount of time, I don’t think they ever stopped working all day! At the end of the day they cleaned my yard so well you’d never know they were there, AND they used some stump grindings to fill in a small ditch we had. 10/10, great people and we will use their services again for sure.

I hired Vaughan's to remove a large double trunk cherry tree along side my driveway, it was a difficult job due to the terrain, power lines and the size of the tree. The crew did an amazing job and the clean up efforts were impeccable my driveway was left spotless, I could not be happier with the job they did and would highly recommend them !

Vaughan's Tree Service did an outstanding job and l highly recommend them. The job was not easy and the trees were on a hilly and rough area. The crew was careful and made sure they were safe and no damage was done. I can't tell you how pleased l am with them. Thank you for a job well done.
