I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Bill at Heavenly Carpet Care. I'd called on a Sunday, expecting to get an answering machine and was surprised to have my call answered by a live person. By Monday evening, my carpets were cleaned. Fastest turn around ever! Bill got rid of years of unsightly marks, including pet stains, on the light taupe hall carpet, including the stairs. The carpet looks new again.
I will definitely call them for my next carpet job and highly recommend them for yours!

They were...wow...my house never looked this good. They came in and in one afternoon cleaned upholstery, cleaned carpeting, cleaned area rugs and cleaned all my tile floors and bathrooms. My house looks amazing. And for a very reasonable price. I feel like my house is finally truly clean. And smells good too!

Heavenly carpet did a great job cleaning my carpets and stairs! My carpets look like new and smell great! Very responsive, punctual and professional team. Price is reasonable too! Would definitely recommend.

10/10 would recommend! They came to our boat and cleaned all the carpet. We had some brown spots from years of use and needed cleaned. We love the turn out. Those spots are now gone. No more stains. Thanks so much!

We use them personally at our home and our family members do too. I also use them in commercial property I manage. Very professional, kind, honest and trustworthy. They do all of the carpets, common areas tiles etc for the Commercial Properties and all of our carpets and furniture at home. We used them personally when we move out of our old home to clean it for showing. We used them in our new home to clean in it an rid the home of previous pet smells. A few commercial Tenants loved them so much they asked for Heavenly Carpet contact info to schedule their private homes. I followed up and sure enough Heavenly Carpet did not dissappoint them. I'm scheduled to have them clean the commercial carpets and tiles next week. The only company we will ever use!!

They did an awesome job on our carpets, I will definitely use them again in the future! Best carpet cleaning professionals I have ever used, kind, courteous and honest. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

Used Heavenly Carpet Care recently after a flood in our basement. The carpet was soaked, smelled terrible and was stained by the water. We used Heavenly Carpet about five years ago when we first moved into our house so we called them out to deal with our basement mess. They responded quickly and did an amazing job at a fair price. We would highly recommend them.

We used Heavenly Carpet Care recently on our boat and couldn't be happier with the results. The carpet in the majority of our boat was roughly 22 years old and we were going to replace it. However, the after results speak for themselves! They arrived and promptly got to work...moving furniture, scouring every inch of carpet and in the end, used a deodorizer over it all. We couldn't sing their praises higher. Highly recommend 👍

I highly recommend HCC&R for their exceptional flooring services. They serviced my place of business by stripping and re-waxing VCT flooring in four classrooms. The team was punctual, completed the work efficiently, and delivered outstanding results, as shown in the before-and-after photos. Additionally, their pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work provided.

I have used refresh cleaning plus for pressure washing and window cleaning for a few years now and would highly recommend! They do a great job!

Avery and crew are very professional, prompt and thorough. Nice people to work with.

Jared did an amazing job removing years of built up moss covering my roof. After a series of weather events completely out of his control, he followed up on rescheduling and was efficient and prompt when he was finally able to get the job done! 5 stars all the way!

I would like to highly recommend Jared Buzzard, owner of Refresh Cleaning Plus, for the excellent job he did pressure washing the peeling paint off the 8 foot high foundation on the garage level of my house and cleaning the front concrete steps and walkways. I admire Jared's hard work and attention to detail. He inspires confidence and is also very accommodating and pleasant to work with.

Jayden, Avery and Nathan always do such an amazing job and really put a lot of attention into the work they do!

Mr Buzzard did a fantastic job! He went above and beyond to pressure wash our entire house, driveway and walk ways. We had a big party and called him short notice and he worked with us and came out almost instantly to get the work done for us. 10/10 and I would recommend him and his services to anyone! Thank you so much!

White siding was showing lots of dirt and mildew, after the soft wash siding looks brand new. Also cleaned the windows. Highly recommend

Great job cleaning gutters, siding, and removing pai t stains. We highly recommend Refresh Cleaning Plus.

Responded quickly to our request for services and even came while we were away to clean the gutters. Took pictures of the finished products. Very great customer service. Although a little more expensive than others, the quick, excellent work and ease of ordering were totally worth it. Thank you!

Let the sunshine in! Jared did a very thorough job cleaning my neglected crusty windows. He responded quickly and kept me up to date on his arrival. He will be my go-to guy in the future.
