These guys are amazing! I got an immediate response to my inquiry, they showed up, on time, 2 days later, and they did excellent work at a fair price. They cleaned all of my gutters and downspouts and I’m hiring them to clean all of my windows. Jared is a great guy!

Workers were nice but I wasn’t paying for nice. I anticipated people coming with ladders, squeegees, and chamois. Silly me! They hook up a hose to your garden faucet and attach some kind of “non spotting” cleaning solution attachment to the hose, and then drench your windows (and house) and porch rugs with hundreds of gallons of water and solution. I will be using the people that did my neighbors house the “old fashioned way”. Use this company and their “lazy” method at your own risk.

Update: as a result of my negative review of this company, I was subjected to the owners continued harassment by text. His workmen were pleasant and accommodating and we have no complaints with them. However, Jared, the owner, was extremely inappropriate. He claimed that we didn’t pay him when he was paid at the completion of service. Then he offered to do the completed service free of charge if I removed the negative review (this is obviously why he brags no negative reviews; he pays people not to post them). I told him I would not and that’s when the real harassment began. Because we were disappointed with his methods and did not want to have his company back, he then acknowledged that he was paid but stipulated that the fee for services would be $20 more since we didn’t contract him for an annual service plan. Fine, I agreed to pay the additional sum. Then he told me he was going to sue me because of the negative review.

I filed a report with the South Fayette Twsp police after the officer read the text exchanges that we had with him and the officer thought it a good idea to have a record on file in case of any future incident. It seemed this business owner was out of control.

Although the window cleaning was adequate and I didn’t like their methods, it could have been over at that. It’s an old adage in business that you can’t please all of the people all of the time, and I simply wasn’t pleased. But the continued belligerent behavior by Jared following one negative review, in my opinion, was beyond acceptable.

Obviously, we will NEVER have these people to our home again.

Avery did a wonderful job cleaning our gutters this past Friday. He communicated clearly and arrived on time. He was very friendly and helpful. We had a leak in the gutter but it is clear now. We will definitely use Refresh Cleaning again in the future!

I highly recommend using the services of Refresh Cleaning Plus. Beck & Taylor did an AWESOME JOB cleaning out my gutters today. They were polite and worked diligently from arrival until the job was completely done. I will definitely use this Company again and again. I hear they do Power Washing and Window Cleaning, too. Plus, their pricing was fair and honest.

Refresh Cleaning Plus provided professional, cost-effective, and timely gutter cleaning service. I was able to book service within one week of sending an inquiry online, and they sent reminders for my appointment in the days leading up to it. They sent before-cleaning photos of my gutters, after-cleaning photos of my gutters, and recommendations for future repairs, which was helpful because I was not able to be home during the appointment. I would recommend Refresh Cleaning Plus to anyone considering a gutter cleaning service in the Pittsburgh area!

Honest, took the time needed to clean gutters properly, prompt and reasonably priced. After seeing their work compared to the last two guys I hired they were hands down the best I have ever hired. After the recent storms we had to get our gutters cleaned. It was just done in April so we needed to find a new professional.

We called last week and they were able to schedule us in about a week.

Derek and two others came. They called when they were en route and when they arrived.

After asking if we had any concerns they surveyed the perimeter before starting. They were thorough, took pictures, and explained why we were having trouble in certain areas. They were friendly, professional and patient.

Overall, really glad we switched to them and will definitely hire them again for gutter cleaning.

Having washed my windows and cleaning off the gutter guards myself for many years, and now finding it too difficult for me to do, I decided hire a professional. Jared sent me a very reasonable quote to do this work, and he and his associate, Avery, came right on time. They cleaned off the moss that was forming on my roof and washed my windows and skylights. These gentlemen exceeded my expectations. I will call on them again in the fall and would not hesitate recommending them to anyone needing these services.

Had my gutters cleaned recently. I called on a Monday and they had an open spot the following day. Really happy. Avery was cool, he took before and after pictures of the gutters. That was nice. Updating my review, a week after cleaning my gutters, they also installed gutter guards for me. Really happy with the service I received for both appointments. So thank you.

On September 5, 2025 I had the privilege of having Jared and Andrew to my home for gutter cleaning. My box gutters have been full of pine needles from the neighbors trees and weeds were growing out of some parts! These gutters have not been cleaned in over two years. When it rained, water would run over onto my porch because of the downspouts being clogged. This is just a little picture of my problem!! Jared and Andrew went right to work! They took before and after pictures, and took the hose to make sure everything would drain properly! I can’t say ENOUGH about their expertise for what they do!!! They were AMAZING !!! The one section of my house on the 2nd floor roof is pretty precarious to say the least! No problem for them! It was all done with assurance and ease !
I wrote them a personal text of thanks, but I want to MAKE SURE this makes it to the right person to see that they get the recognition they deserve! I’m forever GRATEFUL for their TIME, TALENT and MOST OF ALL THEIR KINDNESS!
