Tyler came over this afternoon, and it was the best plumbing experience I have had in the Penn Hills area in recent years. After dealing with about 3-4 previous companies and always feeling shortchanged, I appreciated how Tyler presented clear options from good to best. Though I was initially okay with starting at the good level, we ultimately proceeded with his top-tier quote. He went above and beyond, and I will confidently seek him out for any future plumbing needs.

Tyler was great! Very knowledgeable, explained everything. Great to talk to ! Very helpful/professional! Tyler changed out my shower components/also opened wall in bathroom to explore leaking.

Jose was super fast and thorough checking for source of water leak. Can tell he’s very educated and experienced, would definitely use this company again and request Jose.

Issac and Jack were wonderful. They replaced my water tank, two toilets, fixed my washer sink and moved some water lines away from breaker boxes

Will definitely be using this company for any issues in the future.

Jose was courteous, efficient and competent. His thoughtfulness and experience enabled him to diagnose and fix a longstanding problem. Also, he efficiently replaced a corroded faucet that needed to be cut out. Highly recommend him as well as 1 Tom Plumber. The office staff are very helpful and responsive.

1 Tom Plumber is highly recommended. Arrived quickly, spent time inspecting the problem and explained the best way to correct the issue. The work was done quickly, and worked beautifully. Before and after photos were taken. Then every thing was tested to my satisfaction. A quote was given and I approved before he started and there were no surprises. The cost was reasonable and i am very satisfied and will recommend 1 Tom Plumber to anyone with clogged drains.

Sorry this was a little late but these guys came out quick to do an inspection on a water heater and repair 2 toilets. Gave me a great price worked with me on financing and really made everything seamless for me. Even when they ran into a snafu with my homes ventilation setup (my old hot water tank was ventilated through a chimney that was partially collapsed apparently) they were able to find a work around and keep us going with minimal expense. I couldnt be happier with the work, water heater and both toilets are going strong. Will definitely call them again, no question and everyone is dealt with was wonderfully professional. Highly recommend!

Larry & Jake were very professional and courteous. Slight snag in the beginning as they brought an electric water heater when I needed a gas one. No complaints, they simply got the right kind and it was I installed in no time with no additional charge. Thank you!

Thank you to Jose for traveling over an hour to fix a burst pipe that was found late in the evening and was spraying water everywhere! His service was fast and high quality and he was able to fix the problem right away. Highly recommend!

Cannot say enough about Jose! He kept me calm and explained our leak in a way I could understand, he was thorough and ensured all sources of the problem were solved! When I had a second leak upstairs he came back the next day and even repaired a toilet for me he noticed had some issues without hesitation. Won’t ever call anyone else to repair our home!!!

I had a sewer back up in my basement so I call 1 tom plumber and within an hour I had Landan at the front door ready to solve my issue he was very professional kept me informed with what was going on and also told me that I had some bad cracks in my sewer he gave me an estimate to repair my sewer with lining I went with it and I was very pleased with how fast the got my sewer back up and running and the before and after pictures and videos he provided me with also are very cool
I would highly recommend Landan and 1 tom plumber I will for sure be using them again if I ever have other plumbing issues.

Casey Tomayko is by far the best plumber I’ve ever been around. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and troubleshoots any issue I had within minutes of coming to help.

He’s a great guy who is doing great things for 1 Tom Plumber, and we all win when Casey is assigned to the job.

I can’t say enough great things about Casey Tomayko and Greg! They came out to troubleshoot a very complicated issue with my tankless water heater, and from start to finish they were professional, knowledgeable, and determined to get it fixed.

They took the time to carefully explain what was going on, walked me through the repair process, and didn’t leave until everything was running perfectly. What impressed me most was how thorough and patient they were — they clearly take pride in their work and care about their customers.

Thanks to Casey and Greg, my water heater is working better than ever. If you need plumbing work done, especially something tricky, these are the guys you want to call. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience all around! They really mean it when they say "we make your problem, our problem." I really felt like they cared about what we were going through, and that everyone wanted to help. We had the stack replaced, some other pipes fixed to be up to code, roots removed, a liner put in, and toilets replaced. Jose is who initially came out after we called, and who did the work for the first part of the job, and he was amazing! Very knowledgeable, very easy to talk to, explained everything well, and was also very considerate of our situation. I'm so glad we chose 1 Tom Plumber and we will definitely call them again for anything we need in the future! For the second part of the job, Landon came out and he also did a great job and was professional and helpful. I'm so grateful to everyone - Jose, Noah, Landon, and the receptionist(s) - for their kindness and help. Y'all are wonderful! Oh, and one more thing: our work had to be delayed because of the snowstorm, but they got us rescheduled quickly and we were very impressed with that!! Thank you, everyone, truly.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. The office staff was outstanding! Matt was professional, responsive, and easy to work with, and the woman in the office who helped coordinate everything was fantastic. Communication was clear and timely throughout the entire process.

Jake… the plumber who completed the work, was top-notch. He was punctual, professional, clean, and respectful of our space. He explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done right.

It’s rare to find a company that delivers both strong customer service and high-quality workmanship but this team absolutely does. Highly recommend.

Recently, I had two plumbing emergencies, and both times Jose Camacho showed up quickly and delivered exceptional service. He was attentive, kind, and extremely considerate—both with his work and with my home. He explained everything clearly, worked carefully, and made a stressful situation feel manageable. I wish Google allowed more than 5 stars because Jose deserves 10. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a trustworthy and skilled plumber.

Jose was excellent! We have an old house and needed 1-Tom's help installing appliances, a sink in the basement and fixing a few leaks. We were on a tight move-in schedule and needed help fast! They helped set me up with Jose at a relatively short notice. Jose did a great job and I'm very satisfied with his service! He even had great recommendations for future work needed in the house. PS, I had to pull the dishwasher out for some electric work later, he didn't just leave it like that.

Mark from 1-Tom-Plumber was absolutely amazing. He came out after hours for an emergency hot water tank installation and truly saved the day. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, calm, and easy to talk to, which really helped during a stressful situation. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was done right even though it was late. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his customers. He was even kind enough and checked the hot water tank for our rental unit to make sure it was in good working condition. I’m so thankful for his help and would 100% recommend Mark to anyone who needs a reliable plumber.

You guys did an amazing job, all the guys that came to do work were very nice and professional. Holten is the one that I dealt with the most and he was very kind, I've got nothing but good things to say about this company. Mark and his crew did an excellent job replacing our sewer line. They had to bust up our bathroom floor and dig 5 feet to find the lines. When they were digging they found all the dirt had washed away under our tub and the cement was the other thing holding up the bathtub. They packed as much stone as possible to support the tub. They placed stone where they dug and the finished with cement. The project took about a week. I would recommend 1-Tom Plumber for any plumbing problems.

Jose did a great job re-piping old galvanized kitchen drain line. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. I will use 1 Tom Plumber in the future.
