Jake was great! Came out quickly and fixed our problem fast and correctly. 5 stars!

My toilet backed up fecal water into my bathroom tub. I called & talk to Jake Good to make sure they can actually do something emergently to be worth the $199 off hour service charge and I told them specifically that I suspect the cause to be a frozen pipe. He said it's probably just clogged. He spent 25 min to look at my tub (a quarter filled with fecal water), go to the garage to look at the pipe that had a sheet of ice nearby (the ice melted because I had moved 2 heaters into the garage the day before), unscrew the pipe's cap to thread up a camera, and said the pipe is blocked by ice. For him to confirm that my pipe is frozen and to recommend that I buy a torpedo heater to accelerate the thawing process would have cost me $400?
1 star for ease of appointment
1 star for respecting my home by putting on shoes covering.
1 star for taking $100 off of the camera cost.
So I paid $300 to still have a tub of fecal water despite talking to the plumber 1st to make sure he understand that I thought the cause was a frozen pipe. Jake should have said during the call that nothing can be done if the pipe is frozen and to give it more time to thaw.

Jose helped us install a new faucet for our kitchen sink. He was very professional and thorough as he completed the installation. We appreciate his services and look forward to working with him again.

Mark and Noah are absolutely FANTASTIC, quick, knowledgable! They came very quickly the day my pipes burst and water was flooding my garage. They went right to work to find the problems. These guys honestly saved the day and made a terrible event so much less stressful. I can’t say enough good things and I will definitely call them with any problems in the future.

I called for a camera inspection of my drains. Mark Williams was the plumber who came. He was very professional. He explained everything that was happening and we were seeing. He spent his time preparing an estimated for the repairs I wanted done. I was very pleased with him. Highly recommended.

Jake and Kaleb were fantastic. Explained each step, potential short-term and long-term issues I may run into with my upstairs plumbing. They were pleasant to talk with and knowledgeable.

Holten did great work fixing our leaky pipe, running toilet, and installing a new sump pump. Came out within a couple days and the work was done very quickly and professionally.

We had a bit of a water emergency with water coming thru our powder room ceiling. A pipe had froze and then cracked.
I called 1Tom Plumber and within 2 hours they were at my door ready to tackle the problem. The team of 2 quickly identified the issue and were able to repair it quickly. I was so very grateful!

I called 1-Tom Plumber because of a toilet clog. Jose arrived within 2 hours. He was unable to clear the clog with a snake, and determined the problem was further in the line. Jose augered out the line and quickly restored the toilet to function properly. I was very pleased with the service and would use them again.

Jose deserves a full five stars. At 59, I’ve dealt with plenty of tradespeople over the years, and it’s rare to find someone as dependable and straightforward as him. He arrived exactly when he said he would, installed the new water heater efficiently, and didn’t cut corners. The work was neat, everything was explained clearly, and he made sure the unit was running perfectly before he left. It’s refreshing to see real professionalism these days. Highly recommend.

Came out the next business day in am to fix a pin hole leak in copper pipe. Isaac was upfront with costs and actually made repair for less than estimate and finished work promptly. Would recommend this plumber.

Jose came by today and fixed the disposal for us with a quick service call he got it back up to shape nearly as soon as he was in the door. Jose has also serviced my tankless water heater and installed a shower for us. Jose is quick, efficient and inexpensive for all the work we've had done.

Jose C. arrived on time to handle a gas supply issue I was having. His efficient, professional work had my dryer running before I could ask how things were going. If I ever need a plumber, I will not hesitate to call 1-Tom again.

The plumber Jake was very helpful and respectful. $374 for a 30 minute visit with nothing fixed is absurd. Again the plumber was very helpful and respectful but this company definitely has predatory practices. Shame on them. Would highly recommend a smaller company, one with morals and a backbone.

Jake came out on this frigid day to save me from an astronomical water bill! My pipes froze for the first time ever in this house! After we got them thawed my brother noticed a leak, a fast leak and told me to call a plumber. Jake did an amazing job! He not only had it fixed in no time but was very kind as he knew who I was and what happened to me. I gave him a bracelet in memory of my husband and we took this picture. It meant a lot to me! Jake was really kind as well as efficient! Great guy! I will recommend you guys to everyone !!

Jose and the crew were great with getting our gas line fixed and worked late into the after hours on Friday to ensure our building had heat for weekend. Can’t say enough good things about them

Jose Camacho was very professional, he explained everything and showed me what could be done if we choose to do it. The drain was no longer clogged, he throughly checked everything to make sure it was not clogged. I took a picture but can't seem to be able to attach it.

Great work performed by Jose Camacho! I needed a pipe replaced due to corrosion. He not only replaced the pipe but took the time to understand to source of the issue. Then took the additional steps to make improvements and ensure great flow going forward. He was great to work with and I really appreciate the care he took and the reasonable pricing. I called Tom 1 Plumbing because my water heater broke. Within 3 hours from the time I called, Jose completed the job! He explained the flat rate pricing…no surprises…and promptly had the work completed. All of my questions were answered. I will call Tom 1 again next time and request Jose.

Issac came in looked at job, said he has everything on truck to fix my problem. Issac gave me the price of the job and that is what I payed at the end. Job was done great and so was the clean up. Great job Issac and great job 1-tom-Plumber.
