By far the best window cleaning company in Irwin P.A. Got my windows on my house cleaned about 2 weeks ago and let me tell you, those things shined like brand new! I really can't believe how good they look, if I knew how to upload a photo I would do it in a blink of an eye! Thank you so much Mr.Squeegy!

Scheduling and communication was great - until the day of service. The tech was supposed to call before arriving so I could make sure the dog wasn't outside - this was confirmed by the office manager several times, including on the service day, when I asked if the tech would be able to raise the end of a gutter by an inch. I was told they recommended a different business for that and the tech could provide more info when they got here.

I never got a phone call; not before they arrived, when they got here or when the service was completed. The next morning I emailed and asked for details about what was done and also for an invoice. The reply was an empty email with an invoice PDF attachment that just said "Gutter Clean Out", no mention about the downspouts, downspout drains, if there were any clogs or damage etc.. I'll keep my fingers crossed that all goes well the next time it rains.

Unfortunately, I will not be using this service again, which is a shame because I like to support small, local businesses.

To start, there seemed to be an issue with communication. I hired them to clean my front windows, as I have large midcentury-style front windows, but I awoke to find them in my bedroom windows one morning. I wasn’t expecting them that day so it was a bit jarring. (I woke until late so I am not up super early.) By the time I threw on clothes to get presentable enough to go outside, they were already out there on a ladder washing the wrong windows.

My biggest issue with them is they apparently broke some sort of seal on one of these bedroom windows, because it now gets condensation between the two panes of glass. I did report this after the fact and was told they would come to check it out (twice), but they never did. So now I suppose I need to hire window people to fix what they broke.

When I directed them to my front windows, they seemed unexperienced. They are windows that open with a hinge to get inside. I hired them specifically to clean inside these windows that had gotten cobwebs and some debris. Well, they seemed to have no idea how to do that. I had to come out there with a pry bar to unstick them and show them—even though I had absolutely no idea myself. All it took was a little nudge to get them open. I was in awe that they didn’t know what to do. I hired them because I had issues with my hands in the cold, yet I had to be out there hurting myself anyhow.

They were super nice, though. Customer service was good. I probably wouldn’t even leave this review had they not left me with more of an issue than we started with. I look at this window every day—a window they weren’t even supposed to touch—and wish I’d never called them. Perhaps if you just have a standard window job for them, they are great. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend.

My windows have never been cleaner. They showed up on time and gave me unbeatable pricing! They even fixed a bracket on my downspouts that they noticed was messed up. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Won't use anyone else for my windows!

Mr Squeegy pressure washed all my siding and garage doors this week. Excellent job. The whole process from submitting a request for a quote, receiving the quote, setting up appointment, and work day of appointment went very smoothly. Josh and Jenn are professional and great to work with.
