We just had our entire house pressure washed/soft wash by Joe and his crew and they did a fabulous job. I can see the difference from before and after, especially on the soffit & fascia. I appreciated Joe's expertise and technique that other comparable companies did not offer. I would highly recommend Keystone Pressure Washing to anyone looking to upkeep the outside of their house.

Best decision I made this year! My 20 year old house looks brand new again! So clean! The deck looks amazing! No more dirt and algae. The whole house is sparkling clean. Joe and his team were so professional. He always returned messages immediately, was prompt and curtious, and did an great job. They went above and beyond in every way. I highly recommend them. They sent us a quote beforehand, came out and did a great job while my husband and I were both at work, they did all the cleanup and everything looks perfect. When the guys came, they went above and beyond and even saved me some money by being completely honest that I didn’t need some of the extras that I thought I did!! Joe and his crew did a tremendous job in cleaning the dirt and mold off the tan vinyl siding, the bricks of the chimney and surrounding the base on our home plus they also cleaned our driveway and sidewalk. Keystone Pressure Washing did a fabulous job. I never saw my gutters so white since they were new. They soaked down all my shrubs before and after the pressure washing as well as cleaning my walk and driveway. As an added bonus , they even did my husbands backyard workshop without me even asking. Joe came to my home about 2 months ago for a roof cleaning - I’m a little late in posting this! Our roof looked horrible. There were dark spots on it and tons of moss. We thought our roof was done for and were considering replacing it relatively soon. I was initially hesitant on how well a roof cleaning would really do, but Joe went through all of the different options with me and told me what he would do if he were me. He was so patient with me while explaining things and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that! Joe and his team showed up on time and were super friendly. They did an AMAZING job!!! I can’t believe how great our roof looks! It looks like a brand new roof! I will definitely use Keystone Pressure Washing & Roof Cleaning for all of my future needs. Keystone did a great job on my house. They were very affordable and went above and beyond while completing the job. I highly recommend them! The communication was very efficient, and the workers were also very nice. If you need something pressure washed, I'd give them a call.

I contacted Joe Botti at Keystone about power washing and sealing my stamped concrete patio. I was very pleased with the service and final product as it looks like new. I had a couple of questions and issues after it was completed and Joe came the next day to answer my questions and make sure any issues were resolved. It was a pleasure working with Keystone and Joe was great at providing customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them.

From beginning to end Joe and Keystone Pressure Washing was very easy to deal with and would recommend and use again in the future. The ease of communication and getting quote via email was helpful. The price quoted was reasonable for 2 awnings (fiberglass) $250 and he got us scheduled fairly quickly into the spring season. The 2 young men that showed up to do the work were professional and listened to my concerns around the condition of the awnings and taking care not to disturb the neighbors adjacent properties. I highly recommend this company! Thanks for the great work!

I would not recommend them to anyone. Though they did a thorough job of cleaning our rooftop, there were a few disturbing mistakes they made. First big mistake was they told me that I didn’t need to cover our plants as I started to lay plastic over them. I told the guy I’m going to cover them anyways just in case. I proceeded to cover nearly all of the plants at close range to our house. I’m so glad that I listened to my own common sense otherwise my peonies and azaleas would've all been damaged. A few hours after they finished spraying there were brown spots on all of the once green foliage that I hadn’t covered. Second mistake they made was that there was bleached out speckled overspray spots all over our sidewalks and driveway - stretching out about 8-10 feet away from the house. Third mistake was that no one told me to stay inside while they were spraying. I came outside to cover another plant and when I went back in I had bleached out spray spots all over my shirt and pants. I told the owner and he saw it and he never offered to compensate me for my damaged clothes. The next day I came outside to gather and discard all of the plastic that had covered plants and again my shirt and pants got bleached out spots all over. I had to throw away 2 sets of clothes. A favorite shirt and a pair of pants that I really liked. And then to top it all off the worker assisting owner had stolen the spray nozzle attachment from my hose. This company does not really care if they damage your property. They do sloppy work to say the least. I’m very surprised they didn’t get more bad reviews.

An update: In responding to the owners response - yes it was your company that cleaned our roof. Would another company with same name have the same phone # as you?
Maybe a good idea going forward would be to consider telling your co-worker to be more careful with your customers' property. Or at least offer some compensation for any damage done.
