Perfect service multiple visits. They make sure they already have what you need by being well stocked on arrival, and when they need anything extra they get it and make everything painless for the customer if even extra work for them. As a new homeowner I’m glad to have a trustworthy service to fix and continue to improve parts of my home.

We’ve had nothing but great experiences with Mattioni! We had them out about a month ago to replace a pvc pipe and external faucet that was leaking and broken. Then today we had Will out to fix a sump pump issue and Ricky to do an A/C check for us. Very kind and respectful associates, knowledgeable but also not trying to be pushy salesman. Can’t recommend this company enough, while I hope we don’t need to call again any time soon it’s reassuring to know that if we do we will be treated fairly and with kindness!

Tyler was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Even after realizing he didn’t have the filter he initially thought was in stock, he didn’t hesitate to go out and pick one up from your distributor to keep his word. His attitude was upbeat and positive, turning what could’ve been a frustrating situation into a smooth, pleasant experience. He asked thoughtful questions about everything from the original installation to the current issue, and I felt fully confident in his ability to resolve whatever was going on.

That level of service is exactly what sets Mattioni apart and why I’ll always be a customer. Not only was I able to get same day service but every technician I’ve worked with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and committed to doing the job right. They take the time to educate customers without being condescending, which makes all the difference.

We needed a water pressure regulator installed and the Mattioni team was professional, efficient and friendly. Great company with great people. Super easy to work with and excellent communication.

Had a sewage pipe leak from tree roots in the pipeline,noticed at 6AM when preparing to leave for work. Contacted mattioni online for a appointment, responded very quickly, within hours, took care of problem for free because of membership. GREAT JOB!

The plumber was polite enough and did what he was supposed to do.
However, the price was high, and I will definitely get estimates from other companies next time.

Original 1 star review: Do not call for small jobs. Quote was ~$900 to replace an anode and dip tube on a hot water heater with me supplying OEM parts. Charged $75 to have someone come out to give me the quote who heavily pushed replacing the water heater completely (with prices approximately 50% higher than I’ve seen elsewhere).

Technician was very polite and professional, but company seems to be taking advantage of people who don’t want to think about their plumbing system.

Update: Drainman Plumbing did the job for ~$400 with additional useful DIY advice on heating element replacement (John did not wear shoe covers, but I'd rather run the vacuum than pay an additional $500). Mattioni refunded the initial $75 payment. Wouldn't call them back, but appreciate the customer service.

Recently moved to the area and needed a reliable company to handle plumbing and HVAC issues. So glad I made the call to Mattioni. From making the appointment to follow up communication, everything was seamless. Showed up on time and resolved the issue!

Brian is very easy to work with and professional. He did a great job for us in solving a challenge we were having with our backyard water line.

An amazing experience! John took the time to explain all of the details, listen to us, describe our past issue with the old water heater and assist us with making the right choice for a new one. They worked quickly, were very considerate of our home, using drop cloth, (which was a nice touch), And before I knew it, I had a new hot water heater installed.

Plumbing inspection revealed some issues and John explained what tasks were needed. He was knowledgeable, patient, respectful and friendly. Very satisfied with his service.

My service experience with Mattioni was outstanding. Scheduling was easy; my technician was right on time; and he was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.

Brian was very polite, courteous, and professional while replacing our water heater. He did an excellent job and made the process smooth. My only concern is that the overall replacement cost was quite expensive. This has nothing to do with Brian’s work—he was great—but Mattioni’s pricing feels on the higher side.

He explained everything we needed to know and how our well wasn't as deep saving us on cost. That was truly a blessing. We appreciate him to take the time next week to call us. John D was a real professional. Explained everything and answered all my questions. He was able to fix the problem I called for and the two additional unrelated issues that came up during his visit. I would definitely recommend. John was a gentleman and very personable.

We had the pleasure of working with Thomas from Mattioni Plumbing, and I can’t say enough about the outstanding service and professionalism he provided. When we discovered a serious issue with our broken drain line, Thomas took the time to clearly explain the situation, walk us through all of our options, and answer every question with patience and expertise.

What really stood out was his honesty and ability to make a stressful situation feel manageable. He also helped us set up a very accommodating payment plan, which was a huge relief. It’s rare to find a company and a representative who genuinely care about both the quality of their work and the well-being of their customers, but that’s exactly what we found with Thomas and Mattioni Plumbing.

Absolutely awful experience! Their whole goal is to come in under the guise of checking things, but what they are really doing is trying to find any and everything in order ti attempt to sell you something you don’t need and or fix something for such an inflated price that it’s actually unreal! Literally tried to sell replacement toilets that over $1000 a piece. And then tried to replace a valve for $300+ and this is actually something that you could do for yourself for $20-$30. Unreal!!

Fantastic customer service! Professional. I have become a lifetime customer!! Zack and Tyler helped fixed my AC and Tyler removed this snake from the AC compressor!! I joined the VIP program too! Thank you Mattioni!
