We had new paver walkways, retaining walls, paver driveway, new beds, plantings and site work done by Green Ridge. They provided detailed drawings, but never followed them. The foreman had never seen them. They followed their own thoughts on bed design, plantings and plantings. They had to tear out and reinstall the walls. Not happy with their work and would not use them again.

Following up on this in 2022 and several years after the installation. After not following their own design and plans, the tree that they planted in the incorrect place has grown into the power lines, which was the problem with the original tree and why we wanted it moved. The shrubs that they planted next to the air conditioner and that were never supposed to grow into the ac unit now need to be trimmed back twice annually because they grew far more than they were supposed to grow.

5-star experience. Green Ridge Landscaping delivered on their promises. They were professional, accommodating, and did everything they needed, to have our back patio completed on time. From beginning to end, they took care of obtaining the necessary permits, ensured that our drainage met county guidelines, demo'd the bushes and trees, and laid a perfect foundation for the patio. They did all of this on time and within the agreed budget (which was also much less than other companies evaluated). I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Very easy to work with, communicated well, very happy with the work they did every time.

They were very diligent and thorough throughout and they were able to work around the rain days to get the job done in a timely manner.

While Chris and the guys primarily work on commercial jobs, they were able to accommodate our residential project that rivaled (and perhaps surpasses) some commercial projects, and we are so grateful that they did!

Chris and his crew helped us prune over 100 yards of overgrown hedges, level our yard, and move our tree line further back so we have more usable lawn. The team worked tirelessly for over a week, and were meticulous in restoring order to our much overgrown property.

Highly recommend the team for the professionalism and ability to get the job done.

Paul and Chuck Salvo did a wonderful job on our basement a couple of years ago. Sorry I never got around to writing a review. We never had a drop of water since and sleep peacefully...no matter how hard it rains.

I spent thousands of dollars to let Salvo make repairs to cracks in my basement wall early May this year. The wall leaked again after heavy rain this August. See attached pictures. Nick came here a few days later and promised to make additional repairs, but never showed up again. Like a shy turtle hiding inside of her shell, Nick never responded to my email and text when I followed up either.

When I hired Salvo, Nick promised verbally to warranty the repairs for 1 year. Taking a closer look to the contract I signed, there's no mention of any kind of warranty at all.

Not a very honest business practice, and poor skill and poor service on top of that!

Salvo did our Kitchen remodeling from an insurance claim. The did a fantastic job and went above and beyond during the shut down by making sure we had a workable kitchen before the shutdown down. Thanks to Pete , Tim , and Ricky for all your hard work. Also Thanks to Izzy and Billy

This place was way too expensive & the wait for someone to come out was over two weeks. Sad, but true.

Terrible… dryer still not fixed because they ordered part from California and 9 days later it still hasn’t arrived. Should never have paid 1/2.

I bought a GE oven from Home Depot. The thing was dead on arrival, giving fault codes as soon as i installed it. Called GE and they set an appointment a week later for Dec 23 between 1 and 5. My girlfriend stayed home from work to let them in. I was working in an area with no cell service and didnt get the call from the tech who tried calling prior to coming out. Because the call never went through they cancelled my appointment. I still can't understand why. I set up the appointment with them. They sent a reminder text the night before with info to cancel if need be. The text didn't say anything about receiving a phone call prior to his arrival. I needed my oven so i replaced the board with the one they sent. I am an HVAC service tech and am more than qualified to install a board in a unit. I called today to set a time the tech could come inspect the unit to verify it was changed an keep my warranty in tact, at which point the lady said I voided the waranty.
GE is obviously putting out a junk product and it seems like a joke of a waranty service program. I spent 1500 dollars on an oven i had to repair myself and never even used until i repaired it. That is pathetic. And to void my waranty for changing the part that an adolescent could change is also pathetic. My girlfriend miss a full day of work for this nonsense. I used to like GE appliances but i will never buy one again and will discourage others from purchasing GE

Even though we had a problem during our service, Mattioni was extremely responsive, professional, taking responsibility, and quickly resolving the problem. I was impressed.

The team at Mattioni did a great job replacing a part of my water line that was leaking under the yard right near the foundation. They managed some challenging obstacles to provide us with great service. We really appreciate their work!

Mattioni has proved their expertise several times over. Max is fantastic, and very informative and explains what he's going to be doing. Thought I was happy with prior company, before Mattioni took over. Well, after having done several upgrades, and just today, air handler motor was cleaned for better performance and longer life. No one before never suggested that. Thanks Max!
