This is my 1st time using this service. I was skeptical at first, but after the 1st day of treatment, I immediately saw results. I didnt have to move my furniture around, the technician was polite, punctual and thorough. The chemical spray was baby, pet and plant friendly. It's money well spent. I'm looking forward to my 2nd treatment and having them service my home for my 1 yr commitment in maintainance. Thank you City Best Pest Control.

Had them over for bed bugs. Scheduling got a little messed up, but once they finally came the technicians were super friendly and did great work. Can't speak yet to the long term prevention, but so far 2 of 3 treatments in we haven't seen any more bed bugs.

They are very professional and very thorough with spraying the space. I have worked with them before, and they were able to completely get rid of the problem within 2 visits.

I have had negative experiences with other pest control companies (where they weren’t able to solve the problem after visiting over 5 times,) so I am very careful with who I give my business to. City Best is the right choice.

Brandon was very knowledgeable about his craft. He was like a hunter tracking down its prey, the mice. He followed Trak and their smells. This guy is good. He covered every hole with foam poison and places where it needs to be, understanding that I have pets and kids. Highly recommend Brandon.

The technician was very prompt. He answered my questions and treated the effected area timely and even offered to remove old products from their locations. He offered several treatment options.

Daisson and City Best Pest are the best. They did such great work on my house. Removed a wasp nest, ant colonies and spiders in and outside of the house. I signed up for the whole year so no more critters. Highly recommend!

Very responsive team! We called with a mouse problem and they were able to schedule us same day (due to a cancellation). David came and helped us out the first day and when we saw additional problems the next morning, we called and Ian responded the same day. Very happy with their work, their demeanor, and they seem very knowledgeable. Hoping our problem will be reduced in the next few weeks!

Donte was absolutely amazing! Not only was he professional and on time, but he walked through my apartment with me and explained everything he was doing and checking. He was very diligent and took extra time…safe to say I was freaking out over a BIG mouse (or rat) in my apartment last night. They got me in first thing this morning, and will schedule a routine maintance for the next few weeks to just be sure. Couldn’t recommend the company and Dante more!!

This was my 2nd time using this company for extermination services. Each time the technician was friendly and professional. My technician Damon was not only personable, but he explained to me everything that he did. I was amazed at my need for his company after he told me all that he did. I definitely look forward to having him as my regular tech. I would recommend the company and tech to my friends and family.
