I highly recommend City Best. I have had them visit my residence multiple times and they are always on time, very professional, and the technicians are diligent with their work. Brandon has been my tech the last few times out and he always does an excellent job.

Diasson was my technician for my apartment, and he was excellent. He coordinated an earlier time that worked better for both of us, and was very kind and courteous, as well as clear on what he did. I am very happy with the service he provided.

My technicians were early, communicated great, and were extremely thorough. They discovered a gap behind the dishwasher (which they needed to unscrew) and did everything to make sure it was no longer an entry way. They placed the dishwasher back as well with caution. They also gave me great tips about setting traps next time. Super happy with them!

They were so responsive to our request. They scheduled a service call for the next day and the technician who showed up, Liz, was prompt, professional and thorough. In addition, she asked pertinent questions so she could assess the situation and explained exactly what her plan was to remedy our situation. We will definitely be using this service again for ourselves and recommending to others.

I used City Best for one of my investment properties. Brandon came out on the same day and thoroughly inspected the area with pest activity. He sealed all entry points inside and out as well as explained everything he was doing. Highly recommend. I was so impressed I signed up for an annual contract with City Best for routine treatments.

City Best is the greatest pest control ever. I been with them since 2018 and they have always did an amazing job. I’m truly pleased every time. I would recommend this company and I have to many people. All the technician that I had so far have went above and beyond for me.

Ian is the best hands down. I have used him for the last few years and could not say enough good stuff about him or this company !!!! I have several kids and animals so he is always extra careful with the chemicals but still makes sure he protects our home and does the best job! This company is always so attentive , reasonable pricing and always willing to help me with all my requests ! I have Been with them for over 5 years and have nothing but wonderful stuff to say about the company , all the way to the scheduling employees also !

My experience with my technician was a positive one. Upon arrival, he introduced himself, explained the service that was going to be provided and asked if I had any additional concerns. While here he work efficiently, was very polite, and was mindful of the product locations due to me having a pet!

I really like this pest control company. They send several reminders before the day of service, show up on time and are very professional. This is a well run company. The owner/manager, Jerry is so pleasant to work with. Highly recommended.

City best pest control was amazing and easy to work with. We recently moved and were in need of a new pest control company. Kalil Scurry was our technician and he did a wonderful job. He introduced himself immediately after greeting me and showed me his name badge. We discussed the contract for pest control, and he explained what he was going to do during the service. He completed the work efficiently and with courtesy. Would definitely recommend!

Great experience from start to finish. Amanda was so kind and helpful and eased a lot of my worry with my pest problem. My technician (I didn’t get his name) was fantastic as well! They send confirmation texts and are super responsive with any questions or concerns you may have - highly recommend!

We’ve used two different services before finding these guys. We only just had our first visit but this operation is LEAPS AND BOUNDS above the others I tried. Khalil is exceptional! He did not seem rushed at all. Extremely personable and conscious of the customer experience. He was happy to answer any question I had as well as going above and beyond to seal up some potential entry points the other guys either overlooked or didn’t care to fix. I am beyond satisfied with service so far and am happy to start this service.

They are very professional I like that they take time and ask you questions. How’s it going? Do I see activity? They change the traps every time they come without me asking they take their time they’re not rushing to get in and out. They are friendly they throughly do there job. I would absolutely recommend their services.

I would appreciate it if you guys could send the same guy you sent today, every time. He was very professional and treated my house as if it was his own.

I needed an emergency roach infestation bombing. Filled out an inquiry form within 25 min I got a call from Dee and he was able to schedule me for an appointment first thing in the morning the next day. Daisson was my technician and he was right on time waiting for me (sorry). He was super professional, very helpful and I appreciate him a lot for his help. Thank you guys!
