Meenan

I called around to several places telling each provider that I would call back in the afternoon if I decided to go with them. I called back and got a different customer service rep who said that the person I had talked to earlier was on the phone and would call me back. He did not return my call and now when I called back their price went up significantly. They did give me credit equal to getting the first 100 gallons at the original price. $599 cancelation fee seems a bit excessive, but shouldn't be a problem since I honor my word.

This is a top notch outfit. They took the old boiler out of the basement and installed the new one in about six hours. I've used Meenan for my oil and service since I bought this house 14 years ago. When they tell you the tech will be there between 8am to 12am, he's here about 8:15. It's because of my good experiences with the service calls over the years that I went ahead and chose Meenan to replace the boiler.

As a fuel provider, they are prompt and on point with the auto refills.
