This is a top notch outfit. They took the old boiler out of the basement and installed the new one in about six hours. I've used Meenan for my oil and service since I bought this house 14 years ago. When they tell you the tech will be there between 8am to 12am, he's here about 8:15. It's because of my good experiences with the service calls over the years that I went ahead and chose Meenan to replace the boiler.

Great customer service.

As a fuel provider, they are prompt and on point with the auto refills.

I had my yearly preventive maintenance done on my heating system. Technician was Karl. He performed the task with great efficiency and safety for the customer during this health crisis was a priority. He provided a detailed report and suggestions. Always get great service from techs and office personnel at Meenan.

Meenan is a breath of fresh air compared to our recent experiences with other companies that we've been in contact with now being a new homeowner! Meenan's customer service was easy to talk to and they were able to get someone to our house the day of call to help us. Dominick came out to our house in the evening and was informative, personable, and patient with what we needed to fix our heat. Our house is warm and we're very happy with our service :)

I am a VERY happy Meenan customer! I've had a few issues lately and every time I call customer service they answer quickly and immediately dispatch someone to remedy the situation.
Last night Rusty came to fix my thermostat and he was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, expeditious and had a great sense of humor to boot. He explained everything he did and my heat is working again.
The Meenan customer service team is outstanding and always a pleasure to deal with when making appointments and scheduling service. They seem like they truly care.
I have the Gold Agreement Package and HIGHLY recommend having an agreement - it saved me a lot of money and headaches.

We love Meenan! Just had our annual heater tuneup with our technician Karl. He was very professional and thorough. There were issues that we were unaware of that he took care of. Anyone looking for a new heating/cooling company should look into Meenan!!

Meenan is always available to respond to any questions/issues I have. Technicians are always courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. My recent technician, Rusty was very helpful in advising me what he was going to do and not only answering some questions, but showing me on the heater unit so I could have a better understanding. This company truly considers you as family in the real sense. When I was scheduled for an appointment on my heater, they called to re-schedule me. I told them I had difficulties adjusting to their needs: I am family treat me as family, and they did. I was not rescheduled I was number one, not number 2!!! I love this company.🥰

Meenan has kept my oil burner heater running efficient and trouble free for years. It's now 40 years old. It wasn't working this morning, on a Saturday, they were here by 11. Replaced the motor and working by 1. There tech, Phil was great

Called in a malfunctioning furnace at 5:00 am, and we were the 1st stop on the technician’s morning schedule. John V.kept me informed as the repair progressed and our oil furnace was soon back on line. In my experience, the Meehan technicians are always neat and courteous.I would definitely recommend them for your heating and ac needs.

I have been with Meenan for over thirty years. Basically, anything to do with HVAC in my home has been done by them. Obviously to stay with them that long indicates a high degree of satisfaction.

We just moved into a new house and the oil burner wasn't working correctly so we called Meenan to come out and take a look at it. It was burning too rich and an exhaust smell was drifting in through the vents. We have the silver service package with them and they sent out a technician as quickly as we wanted them to. When David got to the home he was very polite and helpful. He got the problem fixed quickly and also gave me knowledge on how the system works best and advice for keeping it running properly. Overall it was a great experience and I would request David, tech #56, again to come out and service our oil heating system in the future.

Our service guy came in and figured out our zone heating issue after carefully checking over the furnace. He informed me that the part we needed was covered under our service contract and proceeded to change out the part. We now have heat in our office again! I appreciated his professionalism and knowledge. John also recommended an upgrade of service contract which I'm seriously considering now that I know how much more it covers. For only $45 extra there's a lot more coverage. Hope we'll be service free for a while but if we have trouble I'll be calling Meenan again.

Call for emergency no heat service and technician arrived later that afternoon. Problem was with a control board in furnace but unfortunately it would need to be ordered. Luckily he was able to do a work around that got the heater working and said as soon as the part was in, they would call to come out an install the part. Have been a customer of Meenan for many years and recommend them highly.

Your service tech is always pleasant and does a fantastic job. His name is Jim and he has serviced my heater and ac for years now. It is very reassuring to see the same person come to the door since most companies are sending unfamiliar techs who are not familiar with the customer. Being a widow it makes me feel secure and satisfied than Meenan is providing me with excellect service and satisfaction.

Tech came out at Midnite with heat off. Was unable to fix, but got all details and service tech came first thing in after getting parts and repaired. VERY grateful to the team as we have an elderly person on hospice in the home and temps dropped to low 30s past few days

Technician John V #32 came 3 hrs after I called. Personable, informative, performed service so furnace is running properly again. He is scheduled a return to replace the motor, which could not be done today. I've been with Meenan since they were Craig, 49 years ago. Service is mostly good, with occasional issues. Customer service is always very good.,

JohnV32 came out and serviced our heating and A/C units. He was very courteous and professional. He explained to us the results of his annual maintenance and gave us tips on keeping our systems running well. Meenan has always sent out highly trained technicians to fix our HVAC systems and deliver our oil on time. We have been a Meehan customer for 4 years now and are so glad we found this company to take care of our heating and A/C needs. We have found them to be honest, helpful, and very puntual.

My experiences with Meenan have all been excellent. I've had to call for service for various issues a few times over the years and their customer service personnel and technicians have always been very responsive, prompt, knowledgeable and professional and resolved/repaired the issues correctly every time. Their techs are very experienced and explain everything very clearly. My most recent service call was yesterday - 12-22-2020. I called at 07:00 AM and the tech, Tom, was at my house at 11:00 AM and quickly resolved my problem. He also did maintenance that was not related to my problem but he did it anyway since he was already here. That's the kind of service I've always gotten from Meenan. Tom practiced strict Covid-19 safety protocols which I appreciated very much. I've been a customer for 15 years and have never had an issue with oil deliveries or service. They've provided me with premium service for 15 years so I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Meenan has been the best thing I have done since I moved into our house two years ago. After the first year of moving in we ended up switching services from another local business that refused to stand by their work on the installation of a propane line that ended up leaking. I am very pleased with Meenan and its reliable service. The price of the oil I locked in was the best deal I found in my search. But my main decision to go with Meenan is that I know that they have been around for a long, long time and that they provide Oil, Propane and service heating units as well. I have a 20-year-old system and I hope to increase its longevity. Recently we had our furnace serviced by JohnV32 from Meenan who was very thorough and did an excellent job of breaking down what was done and the current operating status of the unit. I totally recommend Meenan if you want peace of mind knowing you are getting the best service out there.
