I had a couple of cones in front of my door waiting for my contractor to show up , mind you there's only 3 houses on my block and to my surprise sabin & associates was parked in front of my door and one of my cones were gone ,so we asked the workers did they see it and of course they said no. Thank goodness for security cameras. If you take something that is not yours and lie about it how can people expect you to be an honest business.

Sabin and Associates are the only company I use to service my Heater and A/C. They are extremely professional and available when I've needed service. They're prices can't be beat and everyone there is so very nice! ESPECIALLY the lovely woman that answers when you call the office. She is always so courteous and kind! Speaking with her always puts a smile on my face! I highly recommend Sabin & Assoc.

These guys are amazing!! They have a plumber named Phil he is the best plumber ever!! 🪠 If you need something fixed Sabin can do it!! I had literally 4 other companies come out and tell me that they can't fix it!! Sabin showed up and now I have a/c! Thanks to Sabin!!!

I called around to several places telling each provider that I would call back in the afternoon if I decided to go with them. I called back and got a different customer service rep who said that the person I had talked to earlier was on the phone and would call me back. He did not return my call and now when I called back their price went up significantly. They did give me credit equal to getting the first 100 gallons at the original price. $599 cancelation fee seems a bit excessive, but shouldn't be a problem since I honor my word.

This is a top notch outfit. They took the old boiler out of the basement and installed the new one in about six hours. I've used Meenan for my oil and service since I bought this house 14 years ago. When they tell you the tech will be there between 8am to 12am, he's here about 8:15. It's because of my good experiences with the service calls over the years that I went ahead and chose Meenan to replace the boiler.

I had my yearly preventive maintenance done on my heating system. Technician was Karl. He performed the task with great efficiency and safety for the customer during this health crisis was a priority. He provided a detailed report and suggestions. Always get great service from techs and office personnel at Meenan.

Meenan is a breath of fresh air compared to our recent experiences with other companies that we've been in contact with now being a new homeowner! Meenan's customer service was easy to talk to and they were able to get someone to our house the day of call to help us. Dominick came out to our house in the evening and was informative, personable, and patient with what we needed to fix our heat. Our house is warm and we're very happy with our service :)

I am a VERY happy Meenan customer! I've had a few issues lately and every time I call customer service they answer quickly and immediately dispatch someone to remedy the situation.
Last night Rusty came to fix my thermostat and he was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, expeditious and had a great sense of humor to boot. He explained everything he did and my heat is working again.
The Meenan customer service team is outstanding and always a pleasure to deal with when making appointments and scheduling service. They seem like they truly care.
I have the Gold Agreement Package and HIGHLY recommend having an agreement - it saved me a lot of money and headaches.

My tenants lost heat over night and the technician was dispatched in a timely manner. Luckily I had a platinum maintenance plan which covered all repairs. Great experience. Will definitely continue to use you in the future.

I was a propane customer that promptly paid my bills. Last fill up Meenan charged me a ridiculous amount per gallon, what I would call price gouging. When I called to question them they quickly adjusted the price about 60 cents. According to a friend that uses propane and what he is paying the adjustment should have been $1+. I told them to cancel my account and I would call for them to pick up the tank when it was empty. I paid for that delivery. They came out and took the tank over half full w/o me calling them. I use that propane to heat a detached garage that I work in. No propane tank = no heat. What I feel happened is since I was cancelling they didn't care about my needs and basically screwed me on my heating needs. Meenan price gouges and does not listen to their customers.

We love Meenan! Just had our annual heater tuneup with our technician Karl. He was very professional and thorough. There were issues that we were unaware of that he took care of. Anyone looking for a new heating/cooling company should look into Meenan!!

Meenan is always available to respond to any questions/issues I have. Technicians are always courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. My recent technician, Rusty was very helpful in advising me what he was going to do and not only answering some questions, but showing me on the heater unit so I could have a better understanding. This company truly considers you as family in the real sense. When I was scheduled for an appointment on my heater, they called to re-schedule me. I told them I had difficulties adjusting to their needs: I am family treat me as family, and they did. I was not rescheduled I was number one, not number 2!!! I love this company.🥰

Meenan has kept my oil burner heater running efficient and trouble free for years. It's now 40 years old. It wasn't working this morning, on a Saturday, they were here by 11. Replaced the motor and working by 1. There tech, Phil was great

Low level customer service. Have two Meenan accounts. Every month, I need to call and ask them to deliver oil and argue with them that I am on the last drops. This month I did not call and we ran out. When we called to tell that we ran out as the oil boiler has stopped they made my wife attempt to reset and re-start. They told us their system is smart and we should have 8 gallons left. after a few tries they were convinced that I ran out and they sent an emergency service which only added a few gallons. When asked to speak with a supervisor trying to explain their system prediction is incorrect, the supervisor was not available. after 24 hours I am still waiting to speak with a supervisor. I will change providers as soon as the contract runs out.

Called in a malfunctioning furnace at 5:00 am, and we were the 1st stop on the technician’s morning schedule. John V.kept me informed as the repair progressed and our oil furnace was soon back on line. In my experience, the Meehan technicians are always neat and courteous.I would definitely recommend them for your heating and ac needs.
