Codey was very kind and thorough woth his work! He unclogged my main stack quickly, but spent some extra time just to make sure my issue was truly resolved! Very happy with him and Roto Rooter!

We learned of a clogged drain late in the day on a Friday. The plumber we always use said that they were unable to come that day, but could be there Monday. Because of the clog, the first-floor toilet started to back up when water in the kitchen or other bathroom was being used. That meant that we would not be able to use ANY water until Monday. That was not realistic. I had seen a commercial for Roto-Rooter earlier in the day and called.

They were so incredibly professional, polite, and accommodating. When there was a delay in the timing they had estimated, they called me to keep me updated.

Codey Drum was our technician. He was knowledgeable, and explained everything along the way. He presented the options very clearly. He was efficient and professional - and had a sense of humor (which I so appreciate.) He also checked of the basement drain before he left.

Fabulous company, people, and all-around experience.

This is our 2nd time we have used RotoRooter for service. Troy came today - arrived on time. Very professional- listened to my concerns and then evaluated what may be going on. Reviwed the cost & explained what all he was going to do to repair our drain.
When finished went over what he did do & said if we have any additional issues to just give them a call which was great to hear. They also guarantee their work!

The technicians were amazing and knowledgeable. Excellent work on the part of the tech. The only complaint I have is with dispatch. I was told I would get a call in a day and time range. I did not get a call I called them , they only stopped dragging me along after we started getting annoyed with the fact they were stringing us along. Of you don't know when someone is comming call and let ppl know. My time is no less important than anyone's else's. If you interfere with someone's work how they going to have money to contract your services. Dispatch needs training or coaching. Something. The only saving grace is the fact your technician was so so awesome.

We have used Roto Rooter twice for plumbing issues. One issue turned out to be very minor, the other turned out to be surprisingly complex. Both times, the service was outstanding. Dispatch is prompt and communicative, and the technicians are thorough, methodical, friendly, and efficient. It’s a bit more expensive than other options, but well worth it for the reliability, speed, skill, and excellent communication. Highly recommend.

I never used Roto-Rooter before, and I can say the experience was 5 star. Rik was my service man. He was friendly and on time. He explained everything and when he was finished he showed me where my problem was coming from. Thank you for the great service.

The local office was helpful through the traumatic experience of a broken sewer line in our yard. They were able to get it fixed despite in being more than 8 feet under the ground and passed county inspection the same day the line was repaired. 1 more day to fill the hole and reseed the grass and done. They also met all insurance demands and I was reimbursed in two days. Thank you for the great job under pressure from a frantic family.

Mark did an excellent job helping us try to resolve our clogged sewage line. He was extremely thorough in trying to resolve the issue. Unfortunately we have a collapsed pipe so Mark did all he could and we are appreciative of him finding the issue.

Rik came out at 11pm on a Saturday night when we ran into an emergency issue with our plumbing and had sewage coming up through drains. He was able to clear the pipes and get things working properly. 10/10, would absolutely recommend. We’ve had other contractors come over for different projects for the house but none have compared to the level of service we got tonight.

I highly recommend working with Roto Rooter. Rick and Devon were incredible to work with! My hot water tank was leaking, and Rick verified the the issue. When we decided on replacement, they walked me through the process. They were there the next day for installation, and they went the extra mile to find the larger tank we wanted to fit in the space we had. They were courteous and professional, and now I have hot water and peace of mind. Thanks, Roto Rooter, for the fantastic service!

We had some issues with our bathtub faucet, Rik was able to come out and help us. He was very professional and quick. He answered all of our questions and was able to help us identify the problem and gave us advice on the parts we needed. Highly recommend!!!

This was my very first time dealing with a plumbing issue after moving to the U.S. and I was quite anxious but Codey’s patience and kindness immediately put me at ease. Less than impressive experience. The technician arrived approximately 10 hours after my basement flood emergency call, at 11 PM. While I understand delays can happen in the service industry, the situation was urgent. I also had to repeatedly call the company after the technician failed to arrive during three separate time frames I was given.

After stepping in black water, he walked directly onto my carpet despite my explicit request not to. I was charged a very high fee to unclog a drain that ultimately was not fixed.

In his notes to the next technician, he wrote “recommend excavation,” yet verbally told me excavation might not be necessary. The receipt I was handed was covered in gray and black water from the job site.

There was no cleanup performed and no guidance provided on how to properly disinfect or remediate the contaminated area.

Overall, the service did not resolve the issue and left me dissatisfied with how the situation was handled.

Fantastic service overall! I'd like to thank Mark for his phenomenal work. He did everything he could do for us, and he had a fantastic attitude the entire time. Plumbers don't get the appreciation they deserve. Definitely will do business with them again. Easily 5-stars!

Took a while so if they are running behind that’s okay they will communicate with you. Cody was the best. Very respectful of my living space. He gave me a deal and fixed the problem. In and out no more than 20 minutes. I will call them if I need any plumbing service in the future.

I had any emergency involving a clogged drain. I actually called two companies but a Roto-Rooter technician, Jermaine Anderson, arrived within an hour and a half of the call. He was professional, experience and very personable. The job took about a half hour, after which Jermaine changed up before leaving to his next job. And it was reasonably priced. I hope I don't need a plumber again soon but if I do, it'll be Roto- Rooter (and Jermaine)! ☺️

Zack and Joe was outstanding! They was both very professional, knowledgeable, and keen to details of my issues. They did more than what was needed to clear my blockage from my main drain by ensuring all the pipes was free and clear. They checked vent stacks, the whole entire house system to ensure I wouldn't have anymore issues. They even went as far as running a camera throughout the plumbing to check for damage or down the road issues that may arise. Absolutely satisfied with the level of commit these two techs put into there work. Would highly recommend these two individuals.

Today Rik came to our house for an emergency sewage mainline issue. We could not be more thankful for him and his patience. He was very thorough, he explained everything in detail, he ensured the job was done properly, and he Call us in contact with restoration to help with insurance. He went above and beyond, we cannot ask for more from him and we greatly appreciate his service. Thank you!
