I was impressed both with the attitude and work the Kennihan employees did. They did their job and went beyond when they took 2 of my room air conditioners out. I never could have done that myself. Greg, Collin and the other Kennihan employees always called and came when they said they would. They accommodated my work schedule so they could explain what they did and what work was left to do. I would not hesitate to contact them in the future for any work I needed done.

The gentleman were very professional. The work was excellent. They made sure we knew how to work the thermostat. I give the crew Anthony,Sean and Ocean an A+! Liked that company was local. We would highly recommend!

Kennihan is the way to go! Reliable for sure! You know the cost up front.

I own 2 businesses that service homes, and we don't charge $300 to show up and just call the customer service number on the hot water tank. If youre going to charge for "sending qualified professionals" send professionals. I did not get a professional, he had no clue what he was doing. I watched him fiddle on Google for 15 minutes before he called customer service, who told him just clean an exhaust tube on my water tank.

The qualified professional, after being directed by someone at customer service, who actually knew what they were doing, cleaned out a drain with his finger. This cost me $300.

I've got quotes from them before, and gone other routes because they tried to bullshit me and upsell and this guy did the same thing. "Shucks this is old, better replace the whole system." They've done this twice now, with my water heater and with my putting in a boost pump at an insane price (over 5 times what I did it for) Even the cost of parts on my own was WAY cheaper than they quoted, and its created a major loss of confidence.

Before you reply with an empty apology, none of this was an accident, and I dont suspect youre going to refund me, so any apology is just lip service and I dont need it.i called you because you did the original work in this home, youre not doing anymore of it.

Furnace quit working late last night called kennihans they were here within a couple hours cleaned furnace changed parts and got it running Ryan was very knowledgeable and friendly got it up and running thank you so much for your service

I had called and told them what the problem already was because I had a plumber here prior
and then when the gentleman arrived I also told them the problem as well
Originally I was told it would be almost 200 for a Diagnostics then they hired me sign some form that guaranteed for 30 days their snake their snake did not fix any problem. They proceeded to pull out more fancy equipment just to not fix anything and still charged me Almost 600
they charged me almost $600 to pull out a bunch of fancy equipment and fixed nothing in the end they told me exactly what I had already told them two separate times….. Needless to say, I’m not impressed would not suggest

Also was told I would be called the following week on Monday or so and never got a call about what further steps to take kind of feeling like they took my money and didn’t even follow up to help.

Fast, friendly, reliable service. Our "go to" when plumbing and HVAC issues occur. Always fixed right the first time.

Had a water tank that recently turned 13 years old. We noticed midwinter some scolding was happening. Come spring we noticed a smell to the hot water. We contacted Kennihan. The following day, Zack came out and verified that the tank was aged out. He gave us some options. They were running a 0% on a tankless system. We felt no pressure, but did choose to upgrade to the tankless. 3 business days later, our tankless system was installed.

We have been using Kennihan Plumbing and Heating since we moved into our house for various projects. We will continue to use them for years to come. No complaints. Highly recommend.

Kennihan was great. Came when promised, worked efficiently, explained the problems answered all of my questions, which were many since I don't have any knowledge of plumbing workings, went over and above to alleviate my stress, made a referral to Clean up Services (who called within 10 minutes of receiving this referral,) so I had my arrangements for the next step needed to complete the repair to the finish. Worked with me to understand the financial arrangements and when I needed to pay for everything Including either using my insurance or paying out of pocket and offering help to help me work with my insurance ,etc. I think you get the picture. I was extremely satisfied and give the utmost gratitude to Albert Whalen. Man ! He is the best and he has my complete trust that this multiple part job will be completed as quickly and efficiently as possible. Thank you Kennihan but kudos to Albert (Albe) for a job well done at least so far 👏👏!

Technician did a great job getting my radon mitigation system working after malfunctioning, giving a quote for replacement and answered questions about other hvac services.

Outstanding service! A beautiful 86 degree Saturday with a house full of family in town for the weekend and the AC stopped working. I called Kennihan’s and a technician was here within a couple of hours. The technician was personable and professional. We will be using them again in the very near future to install a new heating and AC system. For today, they saved our family weekend!

I had a leak ( trickling leak) on the main shut off valve when I opened it after having closed it for the big snow storm we had and below freezing temperatures. I also had a leaking upstairs showerhead that we troubleshot to figure out what was causing the problem. Aaron helped me also with a quote to help put a plan in place to eventually replace my main water shut off with a more efficient valve.

An excellent company. Their staff are professional and courteous. They helped us out of a jam and always stand by their products. I would highly recommend.

Thank goodness for Kennihan, they came to the rescue on a Friday late afternoon to fix a plumbing issue!!!! Called other plumbers but said they couldn't come until next week or they didn't have weekend hours. One service asked if that was the only toilet in the house and said next week was the soonest they could be there. Kennihans called and came out to help, Albert was so nice and professional. He even went and got a part and came back to finish the job, all on a Friday night!!! Impressed beyond words!!!! Thank you Albert and Kennihans!!!!

First time customer & would not recommend to anyone due to poor customer service and no care to rectify or compensate for their error. Original repair call was thorough; applied for 0% financing promotion that the tech had shared. Tech had given me incorrect information on what “financing option” I needed to apply for for this special. Ended up applying for the wrong financing, told I needed to reapply through another financing company for the 0% rate. Very upset that now if I want to take advantage of this “great special” I need to have my credit pulled again & now have a credit card for no reason. Spoke with the supervisor for some sort of resolution or compensation for the mistake. $250 off a furance + AC unit that was quoted for $16,000. I’ll be taking my business else where.

Great company- have used them a few times over the years - this last visit was to handle a small leak - prompt response , friendly service, efficient and well versed in the necessary repairs

Kennihan Plumbing Heating and AC was really expensive and not much help for my situation. To be fair, the young men who evaluated my AC were knowledgeable, upfront about costs, and polite, however it’s important to know before you call that the business charges $159 just to show up and $99 more to evaluate your system—whether they do anything to it or not. Because my system was just “old” (2012) and “may have a part that’s going bad” (TXV valve), there was nothing else they could do, but there was also no budging on costs. I basically paid $270 to be told my system was old. I can’t imagine calling them again unless they’d be more willingness to bend on pricing with an ambiguous situation like mine.

We have been using Kennihan for years. This was just a maintenance job that we paid for annually. They called before the technician arrived with his name. Technician was on time, completed job -clean furnace-as expected and put in customer supplied air filter. He offered prices for new system since ours is getting to end of life.

Friendly, knowledgeable service tech Jeff walked me through the cause of my problems and solutions available from Kennihan. A true professional. A very reputable company with great experienced employees.

Kennihan has always been very honest and easy to work with, all of the receptionists are so easy to schedule with, too! They care about the customer- whether it is an emergency with same day service needed or just a simple check on your heating system/repair they will be there!

Plumber was great: candid, worked me through various cost effective options and left me with a plan on how things can be further improved if we want to proceed. I would definitely call again for help in the future!
