Completely satisfied with the work they did and how they did it!

We used NHTS to trim a very large Maple in our backyard. The entire process, from getting an estimate to getting scheduled to getting the job done, was smooth and easy to navigate. The price seemed very reasonable and the work they did was great. The tree looks fantastic, balanced and healthy. And they cleaned up after themselves very well. I would absolutely recommend them.

We have used North Hills Tree Service three times in the past three years for decent sized jobs. It has been an absolute pleasure working with this company. Ryan and his crew are always prompt, professional, and reliable. They do excellent work, we recommend them any opportunity we are given.

We had an excellent experience with North Hills Tree Service. A few months ago we were looking for recommendations for an assessment of the health of our trees and a proposal for some much needed pruning of a number of very large, older trees on our property. We received a recommendation from a neighbor to who had used and was very satisfied with North Hills Tree Service so we contacted them as well as two others. From the beginning we were impressed with their responsiveness and communication. We were provided with a prompt, well articulated proposal. We had some questions and received prompt and professional responses, and an additional visit to re-assess and respond to some of our questions. In comparison with others that we evaluated, we found their approach to be logical, balanced, easy to understand, and fair and reasonable. We had to wait a few months to get on their calendar but they completed the work on the date that they committed to come. The crew was efficient and professional. We were impressed by how attentive they were to leaving the property in better shape than they found it with their attention to clean up. We are very pleased with this company, would use them again and will proactively recommend them to others. Thank you Ryan and crew.

North Hills Tree Service removed four large trees that were dead or dying from my property. They were so efficient and cleaned up the yard. I am so pleased with the work they did. Ryan has great workers. Of course I will use them again and recommend them to friends.

Having had my own business for thirty years, I have dealt with many companies and vendors. Rarely have I been so pleased by a company’s work - the great communication and the resultant great work performed by North Hills Tree Service was a winner. And I have to say I was blown away by the professionalism of Ryan and his workers.. I was extremely pleased with the work completed by North Hills Tree Service! They completed all of the work - 3 large tree removals & several significant pruning projects - in less than a day. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and safe! Also, the equipment they used, from the enormous crane to the 'chipper/mulcher' was very impressive. I highly recommend NHTS for any/all tree work that needs to be addressed, and I will be calling Ryan and the team the next time I have tree work to do.

North Hills Tree Service not only gave us the best price, but executed a better strategy than the other bidders for removing a tree that was endangeroing our roof. They also took special care to protect our driveway from damage. I highly recommend them.

My Wife and I hired North Hills Tree service to cut down a tree on our property and grind the stump. A four man crew arrived on the scheduled day and time with a crane and other equipment. After setting up the crane and getting their other equipment ready they started on the tree. I could see right away that the crew was experienced and professional the way they worked together and did their jobs. In a few hours they had the tree down and the stump grind up. The clean up was very good, no doubt that we would recommend this company to anyone.

We contracted with North Hills Tree Service this past July and set up a variety of tree services for mid November. The price of the service was very reasonable. The work included the removal of a 50 foot tall tree in a precarious location next to our house and the ease with which the crew cut and removed the tree was remarkable. Very little disturbance of our yard and the removal of the tree was very efficient. The remaining work included the pruning and shaping of three other substantial trees. This work was also completed with little disturbance to the yard. I am a commercial general contractor with 45 years of experience with subcontractors, from poor to great, and I can say without any hesitation that North Hills Tree Service is at the top of the list. They are punctual, reasonably priced, safety conscious and their work is exceptional. A great experience on our part and we would most highly recommend North Hills Tree Service for any project you may have. AAA+++

Our property had several large trees perched on a steep hill edge, dangerously close to the house. Removing them felt daunting, but North Hills Tree Service took on the challenge with professionalism and expertise that exceeded our expectations.

North Hills Tree service agency was great to work with. All the staff I communicated with were great. The actual process was clean, smooth and well set up. The day of service they arrived at about 8:15 am started the job, completed without issue to our property or to myself or my neighbor. They went above and beyond all through the job. When they left the areas involved were better then when they arrived. I have already recommended this service to three additional people. I will always call them for what I need. They are the best and I have used two other services since I moved here in 2014. If you want the job done right - call them even if I move outside of North Hills.

Like so many homeowners in the Pittsburgh area we found ourselves with numerous downed trees that also destroyed a large deck.
