The techs were very experienced and knowledgeable even though they wasn't able to complete the task because of another issue I'm still very satisfied with them getting earlier than expected.

Anthony and Eli came out when our heater broke during the coldest week of the year. Within an hour they ran out to pick up the right piece, came back, and installed it. Thank you!

This company was responsive, experienced and fast but also had amazing prices. They provided better pricing than 3 other quotes I had and were able to set up a new central AC system and finish the whole job in 1 day. Unbelievable customer service and I highly recommend them.

Called looking for some help with my AC unit because it seemed to be running less efficiently than normal. I was able to get a tech scheduled for the next day. Eli was my service person. He figured out what was wrong with my heater. His work was completed with perfection. He gets a 10/10 from me.Replace automatic fed valve and installed a new High Pressure Expansion Safety System.

This was the best service experience I have ever had. I answered a few questions on Yelp at 6am Saturday morning. Within minutes I received a message from Anthony the business owner. When I called back we set an appointment for today. Everything that was needed for the repair was explained throughly and was shown to me. I can go on and on. Great business to deal with.

In the beginning of the summer Retro replaced my ac unit. I picked them because they offered an affordable price, and did not try to get me to buy other stuff like some other companies who I called for quotes. Was so happy with them that I used them again when my hot water heater needed to be replaced. Polite, knowledgeable, professional, honest and reasonable prices, they have a customer for life.

I called RETRO HVAC SERVICE to diagnose a problem with my heat pump. Eli Maynard and Anthony arrived on time and immediately began diagnosing my system after taking the time to listen to my issue. Both of them were professional, friendly and courteous and were receptive to my thoughts and issue with my HVAC. After checking my system thoroughly and running tests, they began to troubleshoot the specific issue with the airflow coming out of my vents. Instead of hard selling me an expensive new fan and motor, they continued to troubleshoot and discovered that loose insulation was blocking airflow from inside cabinet of system. Once that was dealt with, my airflow returned at air registers. Very happy with this company and these workers. This was my first time using them and would definitely use them again.
