Absolute angels! My heater stopped working on the coldest day of the winter. Anthony and Eli arrived about two hours after I called, diagnosed the problem within minutes, quoted me at a fair price, got the part, and had everything fixed in 90 minutes. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. I love this company and will use them again!

We replaced a dying oil furnace with a new gas furnace. Retro HVAC was top notch through the entire process. They made great recommendations. They worked with us on the price. They responded to our questions almost immediately. When their team showed up they were polite, on time and kept the mess (we live in a 140 year old house any work kicks up huge amounts of dust from the plaster). When the job was done, they realized that they had been supplied with one part that was incorrect. It could be used, but it wasn't a good long term choice. They held off the requirement for the final payment and took care of the problem asap. I can't recommend them highly enough. Well done, guys!
