Constraction reviews in Wayne, Pennsylvania

I cannot say enough about Serge and his team at LHI. The entire team is extremely talented, knowledgeable, works quickly and has superior attention to detail. They were able to complete multiple projects throughout our home and even a basement room remodel within a very short time frame and even quicker than expected! Every time I asked for a change or additional work, I was told yes and the work would literally be done the next day. The team works hard and coordinates well together to bounce from multiple projects. We are so happy we chose LHI and will be definitely using them again!

Gerry and Freddie were the contractors that worked on fixing both sets of steps in our home.
The work that they did is excellent quality. They communicated complications clearly and worked quickly to resolve them. Gerry and Freddie were respectful of our home and cleaned up the debris before leaving. We didn't expect our basement steps needed to be fixed and my husband wasn't home to help move furniture in the basement out of the way, so Gerry and Freddie moved it for me. That was not part of their job but they did that for me so they could fix our steps. They put my family's safety first. I'm deeply grateful that these men were the men assigned to the job.
I highly recommend this company.

When we had our new house built in 2022 we needed to accomplish a lot to finish our home. We were fortunate to find Serge Abramov & his team at Luxury Home Improvements to complete a lot of those tasks.
Everything from hanging heavy light fixtures, electrical work, hanging wallpaper, installing plumbing fixtures, custom wainscoting, interior painting & even epoxy our garage floors.
The LHI team are friendly, trustworthy & very professional. We’re very happy with the outcome & would highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed & will be happy with the results. Thank you so much Serge & Luxury Home Improvements!

The LHI team did an amazing job with our bathroom floor at a reasonable price. Sergey, Greg, and the rest of the team were very communicative throughout the planning process, and the crew worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done in just one day. They did great work and managed a tricky vanity install, too. Will definitely be calling them for future renovation projects and would recommend them!

Outstanding bathroom remodeling and renovation by Serge and his team! Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and material choices exceeded my expectations. I’ve learned so much from them and I’m confident their work has added real value to my home. Highly recommended!

We are very happy with the work Luxury Home Improvements did on our new laundry room. They were incredibly detail-oriented and took the time to make sure everything was done right. The finished space looks great, and the overall experience was excellent. We would absolutely work with them again.

Serge and the crew at LHI are quite simply the best. Their craftsmanship, professionalism, courtesy and responsiveness are truly top notch.

Recently, our newly purchased home unfortunately suffered major water damage only days after closing. Relying on reviews like this one I asked Serge to come give us an estimate to rebuild the majority of the interior of our home, and I’m so glad I did.

From start to finish everyone we interacted with was great. Wether they know it or not they all made a really difficult situation for our family the best it could possibly be and I’m very grateful to them for that. While that alone would be enough to recommend them, the quality of the work was also fantastic.

The pictures don’t do the work justice as I’m not much of a photographer, but I can’t recommend LHI strongly enough.

Luxury Home Improvement did an amazing job with our home renovation. Our kitchen was completely redone with a new layout that included new cabinets, appliances, quartz counters/backslash and tile backslash. They refinished hardwood floors on our entire first floor and staircases. They also put in a hardwood floor for my office and seamlessly matched the hallway hardwood as if it was always there. They painted the whole house and replaced carpets in the bedrooms. Would highly recommend them for their quality work and fair pricing.

Had new, custom shower installed. Workmanship was great. LHI was good, and proactive in communication.

We had Luxury Home Improvements repair our decking posts. Serge quoted a fair price, was very professional and on time. The repair was done in 2 days. Communication was great throughout- quote was detailed so you knew what you were paying for (materials, labor) We were very happy with the finished project. We’d definitely call them again!

Outstanding Kitchen Remodel Experience!

We recently completed our kitchen remodel, and the results are absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and well-coordinated. The team was polite, professional, and dedicated to getting every detail right.

A big thanks to Serge for his excellent leadership throughout the project — his communication and organization kept everything on track, even when we hit a few roadblocks. Every issue was identified and resolved quickly and efficiently.

Special appreciation to Jim, Jerry, Fabian, Jordan, and many other members for their hard work, craftsmanship, and positive attitude. Their professionalism and teamwork made the experience enjoyable and stress-free.

We’re thrilled with our new kitchen and highly recommend this team to anyone looking for top-quality work and exceptional service!

I am thrilled with LHI! I contacted Serge for a painting and hardwood floor refinishing estimate on a bedroom in my home. Serge was great to work with and his communication and follow-up were superb. His team did an amazing job and were very professional. Andrew, Fabian, Jordan and the electrician are skilled and knowledgeable. I highly recommend LHI.

Couldnt be happier with WAINSCOATING job results by LHI 💥. You cant go wrong with this team of friendly professionals, who were involved with the process from quote...to work up...to completion. Greg, Ian, Jerry, Freddy, Ceasar, Zach and Jordan. Exceptional attention to detail in each phase of the job and finshed ahead of schedule. 👍 📐 📝 🧰

After we purchased this beautiful mid-century modern house that was built in 30s, we decided to spend some money on updating it. We did lots of research on the contractors to hire and had couple quotes on the selected contractors. We finally settled on hiring LHI. First impression was made by the owner's wife Hiba who is poised and elegant when answering all my questions and setting up the quote appointment. Second impression was made by the owner Sergey who is passionate, professional and polite. Third impression was made by the whole team who worked on our projects. We had whole floors replaced by hardwood flooring (FYI - highly recommend beautiful tiger woods floor), painted the whole house inside out (Sergey recommended the best colors for us! Listen to his recommendation! You won't regret it.), replaced several vanities and lightings, and finally replaced the kitchen sliding door. Starting from the quotes, applying for the permits and organizing the teams' schedules, Sergey and the team did an excellent job to accommodate our move-in dates and Lower Merion township's strict zoning codes to make it happen.

We can't be happier with the completed work and have planned next projects with them. We will rebuild a garage with studio on the top, and an outdoor area plus the gate/fence. The best part to work with LHI is that I don't need to worry about hidden costs since Sergey itemizes all the costs upfront for you. Also, all the work, including electrical, plumbing, flooring and carpentry is done by in house teams, so they can push through the deadline for you. Thirdly, all the people they hire are experienced professionals who are upbeat and an absolute pleasure to work with. Finally, you can request literally any remodeling project in your house and Sergey will make it happen for you. So you just need one contractor instead of juggling with many different people and worrying one of them will ghost you. After hearing so many awful contractor stories, we are so lucky to find Sergey and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs someone in your corner to help you re-build your dream house without breaking the bank.

Special shoutout to the team: Greg, Jerry, Mr Freddie, Jim, Fernando, Daniel, Jose, Jordan, Cesar, and couple more....

Went through LHI for our kitchen remodel and couldn’t be happier with the results. Serge and Greg were both very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. They provided a clear estimate and stayed on budget. I would highly recommend them for any home improvement updates.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Absolutely outstanding work from start to finish. The crew transformed our home — new floors, fireplace, stairs, powder room, mudroom tile, and removal of a half wall — and every detail was done beautifully. They were communicative, fast, respectful, and brought great design ideas while still honoring our vision. Their pricing was fair and their turnaround time was impressive, especially given that the project spanned the holidays. We hope to work with them again for future projects!

Quick and efficient service.

Did not actually end up working with Cullen -- our job turned out to be too small -- but the discussions we had with them were extremely helpful: everyone we spoke to was knowledgeable and professional. They came highly recommended by people we trust. Would use them in a minute for a bigger job.

Cullen Construction recently completed a total renovation down to the studs of our villa. The finished product far exceeded our expectations. The crew were very diligent in keeping us up to date with the progress in addition to explaining what would happen next. It was finished in 6+ months as projected.

This was our 3rd project with Cullen in the last 5 years; 2 were major renovations including the recently completed kitchen. They are very responsive and their subs are top notch. Special thanks to Jamie and Dan our “on site” project managers.

We had a small project that made a huge impact on our new house. Cullen agreed to help and did an outstanding job from start to finish. Brad and Zach were a pleasure to work with.
