Constraction reviews in Wayne, Pennsylvania

Cullen Construction did an outstanding job on our project. A seemingly minor project was full of a number of design details and nuances. The roof presented a number of challenges with the use of Ludowici tile roofing, a roof line that connected two building, extensive copper flashing, the installation of a custom cupola and weather vane and also the installation of custom ridge cap tiles. Other details included custom copper gutters and downspouts, lightening arresters, custom made fencing and hardware, and flare siding. Cullen’s wood shop also made custom manufactured screening and built a screen door while repurposing the original hardware. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Cullen Construction is synonymous with quality.

I have been a satisfied client for more than a decade but my most recent experience -- a complete primary bath renovation and a new laundry room -- exceeded my already high expectations. The entire project was seamless from start to finish, with unwavering attention to detail and service.

Every member of the Cullen team was outstanding but our Project Manager, Joe Paolino, was truly exceptional. His extraordinary management, guidance, communication and personal approach went above and beyond. Joe's commitment to the highest professional standards was evident in every facet of his work -- from time management and problem solving to daily communication. Importantly, Joe approaches his work with an enthusiasm, sincerity, and true commitment to excellence that set him apart. What an absolute pleasure it is to work with Joe!

I cannot recommend Cullen Construction enough and look forward to collaborating on our next project together.

You hear it all the time - a renovation gone wrong, a bitter battle between homeowner and contractor that ends up in court. Contemplating my home renovation I wanted to avoid that at all costs. So I asked my architect who they wanted to work with, and Cullen was top of the list. In all of my dealings with Cullen, from our first conversation two years ago to walking into my completed house in June, I had a great experience. The Cullen team is dedicated to working collaboratively and delivering results. They found excellent subs who worked hard to give me what I asked for. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Cullen has completed three projects for us over the past three years, including building our home from the ground up. They’ve been a true pleasure to work with every time. They are honest, very easy to work with, and genuinely make these projects stress free for our family. Most recently, Jack and his team finished our basement and their work has once again exceeded our expectations. Their worksite is always clean, they are responsive, and their craftsmanship is beautiful and of high quality. Just as importantly, they respect and work within our budget. We love our home and will continue to rely on them for future projects. Thank you, Cullen!

Great job!

Reasonable price and nice job.

Does great work. Easy to contact and actually shows up when he says he will. Prices are very reasonable.

They did an excellent job with a recent project in my house, including drywall installation and painting.

Thank you Ray for taking care of my mother's remodel project.

You and your team were absolutely professional and helpful.

I look forward to working with you all again.

Mr. General Services demonstrated exceptional professionalism, dedication, and reliability throughout the project. They completed the job without cutting corners and consistently followed up, actively addressing any issues with our input. Their communication was excellent, and they had a clear understanding of the project's progression. We highly recommend Mr. General for their outstanding follow-through and problem-solving abilities. Even when I couldn't be present, I had full confidence in their decision-making. They are, without a doubt, the best contractor I've ever worked with. Seven stars! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Mr General Services always gives a bid quickly after being asked about a job. He shows up on time and works hard until the job is done. He has helped us with a number of different projects and always has good ideas to make to the end product what I am picturing.

I have used Mr General Services for years for handyman work as well as full renovations (kitchens, bathrooms, everything). Also, you will not find a better painter. The work is great, the price is right and Souhail is a top-notch person that I know I can trust.

I recently hired Souhail to install sliding doors in my backyard and they did an outstanding job!
From handling supplies to installation, everything was seamless. Communication was great, materials were top notch. Highly recommend their services!

Souhail is a very disciplined and professional contractor. He is very respectful, responsible, and professional at the same time. He worked on a large project for me that included installing vinyl flooring, painting, installing kitchen cabinets & countertops, remodeling bathrooms, installing a microwave, installing recessed lighting, and plumbing on one of my investment properties. He did an outstanding job. The project was large but Souhail completed it within the time limit we had agreed. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of his work. He will be my go-to guy for all of my future projects.

Souhail responded to my request on Angi for deck renovation and promptly setup a site visit appointment to quote for the work. We agreed to move forward with the work and he started within a few days. He and his assistant are extremely hard working and punctual. They were able to accommodate our changes ( additional stairs around the deck, grading of the patio, fixed our fence by adding new posts) for a reasonable price adjustment. Souhail suggested some good changes and his customer service was great. They wrapped up the project in a week. They even helped us with picking and returning some material from the stores. I will definitely call him for any of our future jobs.

Prompt, professional, neat, reasonably priced.

Local handyman who was easy to communicate with, and was prepared for a heavier job than initially expected. Good price, very quick service!

I had my srair steps extended, by Mr General Services. He did great work!!! I'm more than satisfied. I explained what I wanted, and he gave me options, to that idea, to make it better.

Website states they serve philadelphia, however , this handyman services stated that they do not come to West Philadelphia which I believe is in Philadelphia. Yes, he does have the right to service who he wants to but donot give off the impression that you are being bias with weak accuses.

We are thrilled with the exceptional job our contractor Souhail did our kitchen wall from start to finish. His communication throughout the project was clear and timely.
