They do a great job with detail and determination. Whenever they do their job, they do them best. I was worried the house was so dirty and also the bugs and dog fur everywhere, but they made it brand new. It is like renovating the room. A must recommend.

I made arrangements for this company to clean before the holiday. I spoke with a customer service representative the day before and we reviewed in detail expectations. The morning of the cleaning I received a text informing me that they would arriving between 12-5. Some time after 12, I received a voicemail, in which they stated that they would need pictures of my property before cleaning. This was never mentioned during my phone conversation. In addition, I did not have access to my phone in order to listen to my message due to my work schedule. After calling twice the customer service rep returned my call only to say that management canceled my appointment. When I asked why this was not discussed during the phone call, she did not answer and only said that management decided to cancel my appointment. When I asked to speak to management, I was told that management may not be able to return my phone call. I am truly disappointed in this company.
