Most of the larger HVAC companies in the area are cookie cutter operations. You'll meet with an estimator that won't be involved in the work and they have a one size fits all mentality.

Climate Care will work with you and design a system that suits your needs. The owner is there in the trenches getting his hands dirty and leading by example.

If you need a simple repair, you can expect that they can figure it out and won't try to push you into just replacing everything. They are responsive, have great communication, and are very professional.

Without a doubt the best home contractor service--of any kind--that we've had since moving here 2 years ago. Constantin is prompt, communicates clearly, transparent and fair on cost, does excellent work, and is amazingly committed to customer satisfaction. When part of our heat system failed he came and found exactly the right solution to fix it efficiently and economically. He cautioned that our 35-year-old boiler was “fine, for now,“ and didn't try to up-sell us. When the boiler eventually failed he replaced it for us on two days‘ notice, spending hours calculating the heat load, pulling options, explaining the efficiency trade-offs, etc. He even came out to service it the morning after Christmas without any hesitation, and at no cost.
Having dealt with a number of plumbing and HVAC companies (big and small), Climate Care provided what is without question the best service experience in my 20 years of home ownership.

Climate Care installed a Ductless Heating and AC unit in my home last summer. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Constantin and his team are prompt, friendly and are always happy to answer any questions I may have about installation or the unit itself. Their prices are very reasonable too. Next, I am having them replace my 15 year old heater and hot water heater. Great company!

My 7-year-old high-efficiency boiler suddenly stopped working. The large company that bought out the original installers told me it would take over two weeks just to get the part (a mixing valve), which was completely unacceptable.

I frantically made a few calls and thankfully found Climate Care HVAC. Constantine answered the phone, listened to my problem, and found the necessary part immediately. He was at my house the very next day and installed it, getting our heat back up and running.

Took the time to clean a birds nest out of our vent that would have damaged the new system, I’m not sure if others would have taken the time and effort to ensure the debris was removed entirely. We are very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend!

We use a larger company to service our radiator heating/oil-fueled burner and while they do a good job of annual maintenance and making sure our furnace is working, they have been unhelpful when we have issues. More recently, we’ve had heating in some rooms but not others, and two technicians have come out without being able to completely remedy the issue. At the advice of a local friend, I contacted Constantin and he came out the same day and remedied all of the issues. Now we have heating in every room of our home. Going to have him give me a quote for a new hot water heater, and he also recommended replacing a few valves and other older parts of our furnace, which we will do! Can’t recommend enough

They came out to look at the problem right away and were able to replace the inducer motor so that our HVAC could work properly again. These folks came highly recommended by a friend after multiple frustrating attempts to find reasonable service more local to us. We didn't think they'd be interested, as we are a bit of a hike from their usual geography.
