Jim Shane’s identified the root cause of issue, a broken wire, and fixed it in 30 min. The technician from the other company told me that I had to replacing two boards because they were fried. Awesome job done by Jim saving me time and money.

This is the best HVAC company ! Their technicians like Dillon and Ryan and service manager Joe fixed our very difficult to diagnose Bosch heat pump. They offer fair pricing , trustworthy technicians who make sure your system runs well. Highly recommended

Kevin at Signature was an excellent technician. He listened well, experienced and validated the problem, and did a thorough evaluation of the system to locate the issues and fix them. He was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to educate us. We would have him back in a second. We do not care for the AI customer service interface at all. We would rather connect with a person immediately. The interface is a time-consuming annoyance and this alone has caused us to consider changing vendors.

Jim Shayner was the absolute best. He came in and fixed our oil heater perfectly. It was an emergency call, and our old company was not willing to come out same day but Jim from Signature HVAC was. and did a great job.

We had been using this company for over 10 years. Las summer, a gas water heater started leaking and we called them for a replacement. Husband started feeling ill right after, got checked and had a carbon monoxide test done. It came back elevated. We went to check in the basement and found the exhaust vent disconnected and the fumes being pumped into the house. We called Signature and they sent someone out to correct the issue. No apology from the company. Husband called again and spoke with the manager, and the only result was that he asked for photos and videos because "it will be great for training". Also, the first installers left a mess in the basement, which the second guy had to clean as well. We do not recommend this company.

Signature did an excellent installation of a new HVAC system in our home. Nate and Bryan we fast, professional, and neat, cleaning up thoroughly when the job was complete. I highly recommend Signature.
