Custom Turf does my sprinkler blowout yearly. Jonathan does a great job and it’s much more convenient than my DIY attempts!

Earlier this my lawn had several brown patches l thought was drought damage. Service manager Brandon came out and told me don’t reseed the areas. He recommended and performed core aeration with solid fertilizer. The grass came back very well. Thank you Custom Turf for your good customer service.

Bill arrived on time and always takes care of the system so well. Always courteous and just a pleasure to work with. He checks all the stations and repairs anything needed. I always trust what he suggests or recommends. Great overall service.

UPDATE 10/23/24:

Another season of using Custom Turf and Maurice treating our lawn. The drought was hard on the lawn but the past 6 weeks has helped and it's coming back strong.

We will be back next season...thanks Maurice and Custom Turf!

We are still using Custom Turf and I was at home this week when Maurice treated our lawn. We discussed my lawn and how well it's doing. Maurice is a super nice guy and is a great representative for the company.

As mentioned 2 years ago, we would recommend Custom Turf to everyone for your lawn care needs.

The service was done in a mannerly and professional way. The tech knew what he was doing and everything went well. I’m very pleased with the service techs from your company.

Contacted custom turf for aeration. They scheduled it ASAP. Two weeks later Mathew came to my house and advised me he would have to reschedule fo next week. A week later when he didn't show, I contacted custom turf to confirm that I was still on the schedule. They said yes, probably in a week or two. After a month of being tapped along, I canceled.
They aerated my yard last year and I paid ontime and was satisfied. Don't know what changed; but, I am very dissatisfied with the customer service that I received.

Jon patiently listened to my questions as well as inquiries & addressed each issue in a systematic manner. He has always been very informative & pleasant to deal with in all interactions we have had this past year.
