Matt was awesome! Very knowledgeable. Matt was concerned with our dog fence (in ground), I assured him it would be fine. It's nice to know that he was even thinking about that. Matt did a great job! Definitely recommend Custom Turf!

If I could,give a review on the actual service, I would give 5 stars based on last year's experience. Every technician is highly qualified and Chris came across the street to help with our dilemma of a contractor cutting a sprinkler line. He was knowledgeable and he told me to explain to the ladies in the office we would need a repair service to our sprinkler system before it could be turned on for the summer..

When I received a coupon and a reminder in the mail, I called immediately and explained that I needed a repair that would require more time and I should ask them to schedule the service the same day as my neighbors across the street as we live out in Cranberry.

The woman I spoke with seemed unsure as to how much time it would,take said she would call me back after speaking to our technician. 2 weeks went by and I called again was told they would call me back when I was scheduled. I NEVER HEARD BACK until yesterday when they wanted to schedule to winterize the sprinkler system that they never fixed or turned on.

I was not home when the aeration was done but I can tell it was a thorough job. I can see the equipment tracks and know the service completely covered my lawn and was done orderly. There were a significant amount of plugs of good size.

Bill has been my service tech for several years. He always does a thorough job. My lawn at my last two homes has looked the best after these services. I will continue to use a custom turf and I hope Bill remains my tech. He truly cares about how my lawn looks.

John is our irrigation technician from Custom Turf. He does an outstanding job with our system. He is familiar with plants and soils which enables him to set our irrigation optimally. He’s patient and explains everything to us in just the right detail. We couldn’t be happier!

Custom Turf recently installed an irrigation system for me. The team was knowledgable and professional! I was pleasantly surprised when they called and offered installation now as I was told that it likely wouldnt occur until Spring 2026. Although I havent been able to use/test it yet because of the time of the year, I am quite confident that it will meet my expectations as everyone that I have dealt with at Custom Turf has been extremely professional and easy to deal with.

This company is contracted to work along Lebanon Church Road in West Mifflin, Pa. The employee who worked on 9/3/24 thought it was appropriate to weedwack along the curb on the busy road during rush hour traffic. As a result, my vehicle was pelted with small rocks from the front to back - which could have severely hurt my passengers if the windows weren't up. Unfortunately, I have a dime size deep scratch/ding and multiple scratches from this company's carelessness. I reached out exactly one week ago to give them a chance to rectify the problem and no one has responded to me. Looks like they aren't interested in making things right.
