Saunders replaced my our furnace, air conditioner and water heater. They were professional and very responsive. The crews left everything very clean and tidy.

While working on the hvac replacement they noticed a serious problem with our water heater. They alerted me to the issue and gave me a very fair quote to replace it. The water heater put my family’s safety at risk. They were able to remedy the problem quickly.

They explained everything well and we’re overall great to work with. I would gladly hire them again.

So very pleased with Saunders Heating & AC. We had issues with our furnace right before Christmas. Josh was at one of our neighbors on another call on Christmas Eve and our kind neighbor directed him our way to diagnose our issue. While inspecting the furnace it was decided that we needed a new one. Josh's team came out as soon as they could considering the holiday to do the new installation and we had our new furnace installed shortly after Christmas. Thank you Josh and team for getting us up and running again.

Josh Saunders and his crew did a great job diagnosing and repairing my furnace. They quickly responded, sent someone over on a weekend, and ordered the needed part. As soon as it was available he efficiently installed the motherboard, pressure switch and igniter, and got my heat going again. Great customer service too! Thanks Josh!

Josh provides a great service. He is always kind and friendly. He has quick response times. We had just returned from our vacation today and our AC was broken. I called him and he was here in a little over an hour and had everything fixed quickly. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC work. Very affordable.

Fantastic service! My house AC stopped work in the middle of a heat spat. I called and spoke to Mr. Saunders directly. He was out first thing the next morning and had my unit repaired and running in minutes. 10/10

Saunders hvac what a breath of fresh air. My wife and I woke up Sunday morning June 22 2025 without air conditioning. We didn’t know who to call on the weekend. So l looked at who would service the unit. Looked on line and Saunders hvac has emergency service and they were only a mile away, so we called and was told about noon someone would be out. To my surprise Donny called and he was coming in 15 minutes. When he came I told him what was happening he assessed the situation and had are ac unit working within a half hour . So thank you to Saunders hvac and especially Donny who was professional and courteous, we will be a customer from here on out. So in closing when I said Saunders was a breath of fresh air I meant that literally and figuratively. It’s nice to know someone is there when you need them. Thanks

I was having an issue with my furnace last night. I called Saunders Heating and Josh was at my house within the hour. I would highly recommend Saunders. I recently had Josh install a new furnace to replace a 20 year old existing one. My furnace broke during this past winter's cold spell. When contacted, Josh's response and visit was quick. Upon inspection, Josh gave me a thorough explanation of the furnace issues and was willing to either fix or replace. I never felt pressured to replace. Being this happened the day before a major holiday and he wouldn't be able to get a new unit for 2 days, Josh went out of his way to get our furnace running temporarily. He made two separate visits within the first day to find parts to get the furnace running temporarily so we would have heat. Josh's price for the initial house call, furnace and install also was well below what I have heard from other people who have recently had them installed. I dont do many Google reviews but felt the need to review Saunder's Hearing and Cooling based of my great experience with this company.

We just had to replace our AC unit in our home. The last family who lived here used Saunders back in 2006, so we decided to give them a try and they were GREAT! Donny visited our home to diagnosis the issue & ultimately he replaced the unit. He is so kind and knowledgeable. Cleans up after he is done working. We were so pleased, even our dogs liked him! 10/10 recommend.

I highly recommend Saunders. Josh was very helpful, professional and efficient. Even before coming out, he was willing to discuss our furnace issue at length with us on the phone to help troubleshoot. When he did come out, he was quickly able to identify and resolve the issue. Excellent service! Josh was highly knowledgeable about what needed done to improve the performance of my furnace. The service was done quickly and efficiently.

I called at 3:30pm when my A/C broke during this heatwave and Josh and little Josh came the same day. Josh was amazing! I called his company first thing in the morning when I noticed my furnace not working and he came out in 15 minutes. Knew immediately what the issue was and corrected it!! Pleasant and super fair!! We are lucky to have his business in the North Huntingdon Community!!

My furnace had stopped working, I called in the morning and Josh was able to come by later the same day and replace the ignitor and get everything working. He was very friendly and informative, worked efficiently and charged a good price. Great experience with a real local business, would highly recommend!
