Saunders Heating & AC is a very reliable and professional company. They installed a new furnace and fixed an AC unit at a very reasonable price. They show up when they say they are going to so you aren’t waiting around all day!! Prompt service for sure. I highly recommend them.

Josh was very thorough, and took time to answer all my questions. I had a routine maintenance appointment which I highly suggest. He checked filter, cleaned out furnace parts, checked carbon monoxide levels etc etc. I have had zero problems with furnace (which he installed) many years ago. Plus, he called me to see if he could come a bit early, which was helpful with my schedule. Plan to continue using him as I feel he is trustworthy and knows his stuff. Plus, the fee was very reasonable.

Everything was great with our experience with Saunders Heating &A.C.. The communication was very prompt and professional. They had an individual to our residence in a very short time and the service person was very professional and able to quickly solve our furnace problem. The repair cost was much less than expected. I would highly recommend this company.

We have used Josh for both our furnace and air conditioner. He is super knowledgeable, gets them fixed, is reasonably priced, and actually shows up when he says he will. Amber in the office is always so kind and gets you scheduled and billed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!

Josh at Saunders Heating and Cooling is great! He’s super friendly and really knows his stuff. Josh has helped me out a few different times with my older furnace and you can tell he actually cares and wants to help his customers. I definitely recommend him!

My heat went out in the middle of the night during a multi-day cold snap. I called Saunders Heating a bit before 5AM on a Saturday, and somebody picked up and booked me an appointment for later that morning. When the guy (Josh) came out to do the work, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me, and the cost was very reasonable. We had to deal with the gas company as well for part of my issue, and he identified that we would need them, knew the guys at the utility, and was able to keep everybody on the same page. Overall it was about as good an experience as one could hope for from losing heat in the middle of winter.

I was very impressed with the customer service both on the phone and from Josh, very happy with the work, and (Probably most important) got my heat back on within a quick turnaround. Absolutely recommend Saunders!

Saunders Heating and AC is amazing. I had an issue with my boiler not turning off. I called Saunders to schedule someone to come out and look at it. I talked to the owner Josh and explained what was going on, he got me an appointment for the next morning. He came out promptly at the time he said he would and got straight to work. He noticed that a wire was shorting out and immediately fixed it. He stayed and tested the boiler to make sure it was running correctly and there were no other problems. This was, by far, the easiest, smoothest, and best experience I have ever had with any kind of service company. Josh is an awesome person, offers great rates, and wont try to rip you off like some other companies out there. I highly recommend Saunders Heating and Ac and will be using them in the future for any other problems and maintenance.

Took off of work to meet someone and they just no called no showed. When I finally got a hold of someone one they lied about some emergency. Even if there was an emergency they should’ve called. Save your time there’s plenty of other places that value your time
