I had an electrical problem and another company cancelled on me. I called King at 1030 and had someone here by 1145. Greg was knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly. They told me reasonable upgrades I could make but weren't pushy about it. From the moment I called to the moment they left it was a good experience. Will be using again in the future.

Called King to install new light fixtures as ours were no longer working. They diagnosed the problem quickly and installed new fixtures that look great. The communication throughout the process was amazing and the cost was reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Mike is excellent, always explains everything he is doing before he does it. Me and coworkers couldn't be happier with the work that has been done by King Electric. We hope to continue to use this company in the future

Left s voicemail, and Katie got to me within an hour. Very easy to speak to. She understood what the problem was when I hard a hard time myself trying to explain it. She was able to find someone to come out by 12. Avery and Greg came out before 10am and got started on a melted outlet. Spent about 45 mins on it and repaired it. They even saved me from purchasing a new dryer. I'm glad I chose King Electric. I will be choosing them again for other major work in the future.

The whole King Electric team is fantastic! Joe did a great job preparing the estimate and guiding me through the various options. Amy walked me through the administrative process and kept me up to date throughout the project. Will, Mike, and the rest of the electricians performed top quality electrical work.

There were even a few extras that the team took care of for me and I didn’t even know that I had these problems beforehand. During install, the King Electric team discovered that the neutral running to my house wasn’t properly connected, so they fixed that. They also discovered a hornet’s nest and removed that for me. Thank you!

After installation was completed, the team stayed late to walk me through everything that they did and answer all my questions.

A few weeks after installation completed, a warranty issue came up. Amy scheduled me for the next available appointment and Mike performed the warranty work quickly. Thank you!

While the cost might be higher than local handymen, the quality, communication, attention to detail, service, speed to perform the work, warranty, and everything else are well worth it!

I have a few more projects in mind and will certainly ask King Electric to perform that work!

Highly recommend King Electric for All electric needs. Professional and friendly service. Had lighting replaced in basement with LED waffle lights. Mike made quick efficient work on insulation and relocating outlets. Great work and now we have better lighting.
