Guy came out yesterday because we had our compressor replaced in June and the freezer had condensation and things were melted. Checked and said pressure was good and temperature was stable. Came back downstairs today and had tubs of melted ice cream. Called back and said freezer was still acting up. They put a supervisor on the phone who said they refused to come back out and we would need to get another company out to fix it. Terrible, do not use them.

Lied to LG about my refrigerator or are working directly with LG so customers don’t get their compressor warranty. Lawsuit is coming
