    Guy came out yesterday because we had our compressor replaced in June and the freezer had condensation and things were melted. Checked and said pressure was good and temperature was stable. Came back downstairs today and had tubs of melted ice cream. Called back and said freezer was still acting up. They put a supervisor on the phone who said they refused to come back out and we would need to get another company out to fix it. Terrible, do not use them.

    This company is the entire worse! Charged me $439 for absolutely nothing. I was supposed to be charged a flat rate & the tech said he’ll charge me $70 to clean my condenser & that was even before he attempted to repair the fridge! Please, I beg you, don’t be fooled by this company. The tech’s are the rudest ever. They walk into your home & not say hello even when they’re greeted. They leave an inch of water on your floor & knowingly push your refrigerator over the leak causing water to go through your floor & out your garage ceiling. This has been the worse experience I’ve ever had with a company & people, period. I would give them negative stars if I could. LG should be ashamed of themselves for calling these people professionals! ASHAMED!

    This company has an “F” rating with the Better Business Bureau for not responding to customer complaints. My insurance company sent them to my home to fix my dryer. They did half of the job, billed my insurance company and left. I can’t tell you what to do, but I can tell you I will never use them in any of my properties. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Also they never scheduled their visits. Only gave me 5 minute notice they were on their way. What a disaster.
