    I really appreciated the update with the picture of who the repair man was going to be. Made me feel very comfortable that I knew who to expect. The gentlemen were very professional and polite. They needed to order the parts and they were in sooner than I was quoted. The repair cost, I felt was very reasonable and saved me from buying a new dryer. My dryer is no longer making the loud screaching noise and works great. Thanks to all at Mr. Appliance.

    From the initial phone call to the final solution everyone was as warm and friendly as their logo. And when I needed to reschedule to later in the day because of my work schedule, it was no problem at all. Mr Appliance is solid, dependable, and they got here fast! Also — very, very thorough in troubleshooting the problem. I can’t wait to use them again, but I’m hoping it wont be for awhile ( if you know what I mean).

    The diagnostic testing was incorrect. The man said that the oven needed a $150 part (mother board)when it really needed a $15 part (Temperature sensor). I am assuming he did this in order to make a profit considering the quote to replace the $150 part that didn’t even need replaced was going to be $500. So I went out and bought a motherboard based on his recommendation. Only to find that the motherboard was working perfectly fine and the temperature sensor was what needed replaced. so it was a waste of time and money a big waste of money- more than if I would left them out of the equation, but I asked for help because I’m a nurse not an oven repair man End of story : NOT trustworthy When Confronted with the situation, they offered no resolution

    We had a very good experience with Mr. Appliance. Scheduling was easy and efficient. We received texts for expected arrival time and Deepak arrived on time. He was very nice, professional, knowledgeable and repaired our oven. He also gave me helpful advice for maintaining my oven.

    I had a great experience with this company. They were able to come see my dryer quickly. The repairman, John, was kind, helpful and early! They had to order parts for me, and they called right away to schedule a follow-up when FedEx alerted them that the parts had arrived. They fit me in right away for that, too. I could not be happier with them and have already recommended them to a family member.

    Extremely dissatisfied with the courtesy and integrity of the service. They troubleshooted the problem with my cooktop as debris accumulation and it took all of 10-15 min to show me what needs to be done. They charged $156 and when I asked for explanation they said it is what it is and cannot be changed. Also their labor rate is $250/hr. I called their office twice and reported the issue and they said the owners will respond and I am waiting still. I will not use their services if they lack the transparency in quoting and customer satisfaction.
