Scheduling a checkup of our boiler with Climate Systems was a no hassle, pleasant experience. Every step was handled professionally, from scheduling with Samantha to Brett performing the service. Prompt, informative, knowledgeable and efficient are words that easily describe the work. We appreciated explanations given to us about each procedure executed and how it played a role with the performance of our system. A wonderful company to work with.

Brett has done an excellent job of maintaining our boiler for our garage heating system.

Climate Systems provided a quick & efficient service to our air-conditioning unit. The problem was diagnosed and explain to us in a manner that was easy to understand. The tech was highly knowledgeable and professional.

Climate systems are the best! Super responsive, friendly, professional and trustworthy. Our furnace stopped working during very cold weather and they came out right away, and got us up back up and running in no time. Grateful to have such a reliable resource! Highly recommended!

Climate Systems was great in responding when we detected an odor of gas near the furnace. They identified the problem as a faulty valve that was covered under warranty and fixed the issue promptly. Due to this repair, they also checked the settings and adjusted as needed. Excellent customer service.

Have used them for many years. Everyone that comes out very knowledgeable about their products. During heat my air conditioner broke. They came out the day I called. It was just a part not the whole conditioner. Fixed and on their way.

Thank you! From the first call to the installation it was a very wonderful experience. Our furnace went out at 2am on a Monday. We got the referral from our son in law. We made the call and they came out that day. He was straightforward, told us the problem and our options. He went over everything throughly, answered our questions and gave us the quote for a repair and a new furnace and when services would take place. We ended up purchasing a new furnace and 4 days later was the installation . The service crew went over everything and did a great job and cleaned up. Definitely a BIG shout out to the service crew . They even waited for me a couple extra minutes to show me how to operate everything and gave us a review of the " first 24 hour what to expect". Great experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend this company. And already have. Thank you again. You all Rock!!!!!

I’ve used Climate System for years. This visit was like every other one - the service technician was skilled, friendly, and helpful in answering questions. They have kept our unit running for 24 years and finally this year when we had to get a new unit, they made the process clear and easy.

My A/C broke over the weekend in the July heat and I called Climate Systems Monday morning. They were able to get me on their schedule that same day. The technician showed up on time and was able to fix my system in less than an hour. Both the technician and the scheduling person on the phone were friendly and professional. I hope I don't have further issues, but if I do, I will absolutely call Climate Systems again!
