Okay this is the best Plumber/heating experts I’ve found in Philly. I am very fortunate to have found them!!

I rarely give reviews but need to make an exception for ThatHVAC Guy. Jordan Fleming is not only the most competent heating/AC/plumbing professional but a true local guy who will be there when you need him. We had these people growing up and I thought those days were gone. Not so - ThatHVAC Guy is the real superman.

As always Jordan and Kelly took great care of us with the installation of our new unit. Fast, courteous, and clear communication is always appreciated during these processes and they are the best.

Came home during a heatwave to a warm house. Asked a friend and he recommended Jordan. Gave him a call around 7:45 pm hoping he could come out the next day, but he said, "I'll be there in 45 minutes." 40 minutes later there was a knock at the door. An hour or so after that our AC was running again.

Can't ask for better than that.

Jordan was awesome! Professional and friendly. He is honest and not looking to just take your money. I would give more stars if possible. If you are looking for someone to replace or service your HVAC system look no further. They are the best!!

I’ve used That HVAC Guy for years for many different HAVC issues, maintenance, and emergency calls. Jordan is the best! Always prompt and professional. I highly recommend them.

Jordan came on the same day that I contacted him to come take a look at our AC. He made the right diagnosis that it was a wet switch failure (rusted out after 10 years), explained and showed me what was wrong so that I could fix it myself if I wish, and also offer a better solution so it would be much more reliable. In the end, I asked him to do it for me as his price was fair.

He wasn't the first HVAC company I asked to look into my AC; the first company was a much bigger company (with almost 2000 reviews of almost 5 stars). The tech from that company was on time and courteous, but made the wrong diagnosis (of zone control board failure) and the company wanted to charge me a thousand for replacing it!

In the end, I am very happy with Jordan's service; I would use Jordan again for his HVAC service and would recommend him to my friends.

Our A/C wasn't working around end of June in the midst of the heatwave -- we asked Jordan to help diagnose the problem and find a solution. It took a few tries and some wait for schedules/parts for the circumstance -- Jordan is like last time -- professional, honest, transparent -- would still recommend That HVAC Guy to my friends/family and use him again.

What a great experience I had with That HVAC Guy and Plumbing. Jordan and Geoff were very professional, on time, extremely knowledgeable and thorough. They installed a mini split system and repaired a leaky bathroom faucet.

Kelly, who is the first point of contact is very friendly and helpful with scheduling the work to be done.

Will definitely recommend this company and use for any future projects that come up.

We had an old valve that was leaking gas in our basement. We needed the issue to be resolved quickly and Jordan was very responsive and had pipe and valve replaced within 24 hours. I’ve used the HVAC Guy in the past and always know the job will get done correctly at the going market rate.

Jordan is awesome! He just recently installed a new HVAC system for us but has done other work for us over the years and has always been great! He’s even come over on the weekends or after hours to complete a job to get things back up and running. Kelly who handles his billing is also awesome and has made our larger projects with Jordan seamless. Jordan came out to my home today to install a central return for my air system. The work was done thoroughly and in a timely manner as well. It was a great experience working with this company. They kept in constant communication with me from the time that the job was booked, until it was carried out. I’d highly recommend That HVAC Guy & Plumbing & will definitely be using them again!

Each time I use That HVAC Guy, there services are excellent. The communication is clear, they are on time and respectful and the service is affordable and reliable.

“That HVAC Guy” was there when I needed them for a sudden break in my AC on a weekend, during the worst stretch of sweltering weather a few years ago. I was amazed that Jordan answered the phone himself! Jordan was able to quickly install a new one, to my great relief. I have since gotten a mini split for my third floor and continue to depend on them for maintenance. They are local, responsive, and you can talk to a live person, Kelly, in the office to schedule a visit.

We've worked with Jordan over the past 2-3 years on a number of projects for our new home. From bigger projects like 2 full HVAC replacements and moving the washer/dryer hookups upstairs from the basement to smaller issues like a busted pipe in the garage or the heat suddenly not working. Big or small jobs, Jordan has always been amazing, fast, reliable, and professional. His prices always seem fair and upfront. We can't say enough positive things and look forward to continuing to work with him on more projects in the future.

Are you tired of the run around from big HVAC companies telling you that you need work that isn’t required BUT you’re forced to pay ridiculous fees for unrequired services? If so, then this is your company! Honest, quick and fantastic customer service! They took care of my mom after Silas quoted her 15k to replace a completely normal working AC unit because she’s elderly. These people do it right and I’d recommend them over and over because they’re honest and offer excellent service! Make sure you reach out!

Jimmy came over to help us fix our sump pump before a rainstorm. He was great, very knowledgeable and even gave a few tips for troubleshooting. Additionally, Kelly in the office was a tremendous help in understanding the urgency of getting this taken care of. She did everything she could to have someone come out today ahead of more rain. Would highly recommend and will definitely be a returning customer

I highly recommend these guys!! They answered my call right away, were super communicative with timing, showed up on time, worked efficiently and cleanly, and fixed my problem!! So grateful for them.
