Communication was great from Office with arrival time of Electrician. He was prompt and efficient with estimate and work completed at same time. He installed 2 ceiling fans with lights on outdoor covered deck.

My electricity went out over the weekend and come to find out, there was no outage in my area. I had to find an electrician for an emergency and called some other companies until I found the Wire Doctors. I'm very pleased that I did. They are very professional, friendly and wanted to help me. I didn't have to wait that long until Stan the technician came out. The Wire Doctors will give you an ETA on your technician and your technician will contact you once they are close. Stan discovered the problem and explained the next steps I have to take.

The Wire Doctors were great - and that's an extreme understatement! We initially went with another, more prominent electrician company when we noticed some oddities with our electricity. The verdict was that the entire breaker box and main wiring feeding to it needed urgent replacing. Water was seeping into cracks in the main wire's insulation, dripping into the breaker box and causing corrosion and shorts, which is a nuisance, but also a very concerning fire hazard. That company's quote for the fix was extremely pricey, so we reached out to several other companies. The Wire Doctors were one of the first to contact back, and their communication was nothing but understanding and respectful. They were out the very next business day, provided a quote that was NEARLY HALF of what the other company quoted, and got to work then and there, making our home's wiring safe again in a single day. The Wire Doctors are prompt, professional, kind, knowledgeable, and very fairly priced for their work. I will absolutely be doing business with The Wire Doctors again, if I find more electrical work needs to be done.

Carlos, the electrician, was professional, courteous, and hardworking. We called the Wire Doctors in the morning and Carlos arrived by noon. After diagnosing the problem he explained what was needed and got right to work. After 5 hours Carlos replaced our electrical panel and labeled everything for us. We would highly recommend this company.

I recently hired Wire Doctor to handle some electrical work in my house, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the start, communication was clear and prompt. The electrician arrived on time, was courteous and respectful of my home, and got straight to work. They installed six different light fixtures in my home. The work was done, efficiently and to a very high standard. They made sure everything was tidy before leaving and double checked that all lights were working properly. The technicians were prompt and professional. I explained the electrical issue I was having with a bedroom outlet that was on the same line as other outlets. None of the outlets were working. I was quoted a price to troubleshoot and resolve. After accepting, they found the issue with one of the outlets and resolved.

Jim the tech installed new breaker panel. Work was great and he was very friendly. Highly impressed with work.

James was wonderful and explained everything he needed to do. Gave a time estimate and completed the job more than an hour before his estimate. Price was slightly more than we expected but they were the only company available on an emergency call basis and little wait time. They had everything needed to complete the job on initial service call. He even added a new outlet for our new freezer.

Had a 220 EV outlet installed and wired Doc was one time and everything installed and tested. Also was given a overview of the work and how the breaker can trip and how to reset it. Already have a quote for more work and will definitely be using them for it early next year.

Recently moved and needed an expert opinion on what electrical work would be needed for the house and to get some work done: installing a new outlet compatible with our dryer (4-prong) and getting power running to our primary bedroom and installing a switch.

I reached out and asked if they service High Bridge, NJ, which they do, and was able to get an appointment early the next day. The team was great in answering all of my questions and completed the work quickly.

The Wire Doctors have made several service trips to my house. Most recently they installed an outdoor socket for me. Their prices are reasonable, their work is reliable, and they are always on time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of electrical work at their home or business.

Exceptional! Professional! Patient! Truly a Team that went above and beyond. I had a large kitchen renovation project & every step depended on conclusion of the prior step. The Wire Doctor Team, led and directed by Jamie at the front office, came in and did a FANTASTIC JOB!! We had a major hiccup that was going to derail the work (and every job after) but Jamie would not give up until I got what I needed WHEN I needed it. When my tech came in - actually the supervisor because my tech (great guy) had an emergency - he found an issue I didn’t even know we had, and he fixed it keeping us and our home safe. First time homeowner, finally got around to calling an electrician for the first time to address a few pending issues. Didn't really know what to expect, but I knew I was in good hands after talking with Jim for a few minutes.
